Returned my other wireless mic because it always had trouble connecting to Bluetooth and couldnt playback video with audio from iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Hollyland Lark M2 is a revelation as it fixes all the aforementioned problems. Simply download the app, connect the tiny Bluetooth adaptor to the USB-C port and you're good to go. It connects and works flawlessly with the iPhone video app and Blackmagic Camera app too The wireless mics are crazy small, about the size if a 10 pence coin with plenty of mounting options included. Sound quality is crystal clear and way better than the using the iPhone built-in mic. Many audio purists will always opt for crazy priced recording gear, but for interviews, pod*casting etc you won't be dissapointed with the results. The Hollyland Lark M2 USB-C is very affordable and comes with 2 transmitters and a host of extras including a tiny charging case that's almost half the size if the DJI mic - and that's tiny. Functionality, the Bluetooth adaptor is ultra tiny, super-lightweight and can be used on the Hohem M2 gimbal, providing a comprehensive and powerful solution for filming and any budding YouTube content creator. RARELY I’m so happy when a product is well thought out - but everything about this little device is perfect. The price first, this is cheap! Unboxing was satisfying, and they have included all necessary stuff (even a magnetic necklace mic holder if you can’t wear it). The plug and play was immediate with (iPhone USBC) and NO ”register this” or ”download that” - JUST WORKS! Good work guys.

I originally bought the DJI Mic 3 and returned it before trying the Hollyland Lark M2, so I was able to compare them closely. From an audio-quality standpoint, I honestly didn’t notice any real difference between the two. The Lark M2 delivers clean, clear sound that works well both indoors and outdoors, with no unexpected background noise or distortion. One of the biggest advantages for me is that the Lark M2 doesn’t lock you into any ecosystem. You don’t need to install a separate app or rely on additional software just to access basic functionality. It’s very much a plug-and-play solution, which makes it ideal if you want to keep things simple and avoid unnecessary steps. If you’re not specifically looking for advanced features like gain controls, timestamps, or deeper customisation, but simply want reliable audio with minimal setup, this microphone is a great choice. For straightforward, high-quality recording on an Android phone, the Lark M2 is easy to recommend.

We have been using a 'Sonicake' wireless microphone for nearly two years, recording services in our church. That worked well, but reviews I read and saw convinced me that a newer generation of microphones would do a better job, so I purchased this Hollyland Lark M2. Couldn't believe how small the microphones were and was really concerned that we would not get good sound quality. I was certainly wrong about that: these little microphones with their excellent magnetic connection system have really improved the quality of our recordings. I use the USB-C version with an iPhone 15, a real no-fuss connection to the phone and a small but clear indicator light to show the microphone is working. Since getting the Lark M2 I have noticed a number of YouTubers using them, including William Gallagher of 58keys. There was one problem though--one of the microphones proved to be faulty. The Hollyland people had emailed and asked me to get in touch if there were any issues, so I did. I have to say it proved to be the best customer service I have had from an Amazon supplier. They wanted me to check the faulty microphone according to their instructions, which I did. All the communication was via WhatsApp and was absolutely trouble-free. I sent them a short video as requested, and within a very short time they arranged for the shipment of a replacement microphone free of charge. Most definitely recommended.

I've been looking for an affordable wireless microphone solution to use with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and this is a truly knockout little package and works seamlessly with the iPhone 15's with a USB C charging port, just charge, plug and play. Also you can make some limited adjustments to the volume and noise reduction using the 'Larksound' app. As you can see from the picture it comes in it's own charging case along with 2 magnetic button like attachments, 2 magnetic lapel spring clip attachments, 2 necklace type magnetic attachments and 2 wind muff thingys as well, and a useful drawstring bag to keep it all in, it also comes packaged with a USB A to C charging cable too (Not pictured here) For clarity this is the Hollyland Lark M2 version that works with the iPhone 15's (USB C). Initially I did try the Hollyland Lark C1 with USB C thinking that it would work with the iPhone (It does with Android phones however) but the C1 did not work with the iPhone 15's so just make sure you order the correct one for iPhones the Hollyland Lark M2. I returned my original purchase (Lark C1) and the return and refund was handled brilliantly by Hollyland so absolutely no complaints there, they kept me updated throughout the process too. So all in all a fantastic little affordable wireless microphone solution to work with the iPhone 15's with USB C just make sure you order the correct one. I would recommend this product, smashing little thing.

Picked up the Hollyland Lark M2 lav mic for use with my phone, and it’s surprisingly good. Small and lightweight, clips on easily, and the sound is clear with minimal background noise. Works well for interviews, vlogs, or online content on both Android and iPhone. Only minor gripe is battery life isn’t amazing if you’re recording long sessions, so you’ll need to keep it charged. Otherwise, a reliable, portable mic that’s easy to set up and improves audio quality a lot.

I purchased the Hollyland Lark M2 (USB C) version for their portability and value for money. Nowadays I don’t want to carry about a lot of kit, so to be able to chuck a small Action Cam or phone into my pocket along with a good mic setup is my preferable method of capturing memories for any day out. The Lark M2 not only works with my iPhone Native Camera app but also with the Black Magic Camera app too, but possibly the most exciting to me is the fact that the mics also work with my DJI Action 4 and Pocket 3. The mics have a good battery life and the included charging case ensures that the microphones are always ready for work - providing you keep the charging case charged!! The Larksound App (downloaded from the App Store) is quite basic but allows for some gain control and I would advise that tests are done to ensure you are happy with the gain and microphone placement before putting these little beauties to work. (Bear in mind that some camera apps as well as the latest DJI cameras also have a way to configure the gain of external microphones) All in all I am very happy with the Hollyland Lark M2 but in hindsight wished I had purchased the full kit so that I had a receiver for my MFT camera.

Microfono davvero ottimo. La qualità dell’audio è chiara e pulita, anche in ambienti con un po’ di rumore. Si collega rapidamente ed è molto semplice da utilizzare. La batteria dura a lungo e le dimensioni compatte lo rendono perfetto da portare sempre con sé. Lo consiglio a chi crea contenuti o registra video con lo smartphone.
