Tastes wonderful.

I use this all the time. My husband is a picky eater and when I started frying my chicken with an egg wash and then coated in this flour, he loved it! Five decades and he finely enjoyed a dinner. I do believe it is a healthy product.

I will NEVER buy AMERICAN FLOUR EVER AGAIN!!!!

I made a very simply bread with this flour and it was a whole new world! Not only was it absolutely delicious, no one suffered any bloat or inflammation after eating this bread! This is the ONLY way to bake for me from now on! This flour is an A+ in quality! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a healthier alternative to baking or using flour in general. I'm blown away by the texture and the flavor, TRULY French. I'll never use American flour ever again! THIS is an absolute game changer!
