This is our second alarm. The first one we wore out over 5 years...it still works but the clip that attaches it to the shirt finally cracked off. Used Duct tape on a tshirt for 2 years and finally just bought a new one. Love the new clasp design the new one has, it should last way longer. Our son sleeps SO heavily. This really trains him to be aware at night. He is 8 now and will not have an accident for months at a time, once for 6 months straight, but then he seems to hit a grown spurt and it starts up again. One night with this back on, he's been totally dry for weeks again.

Our son is a heavy sleeper and this was not very loud at all and did not wake him up. if you have a heavy sleeper this will probably not work for you.

I was so frustrated with my 6 year old boy still getting bed every night. I didn't know how to help and I knew it was bothering him. We are 2 months in and I can't tell you the last time he wet the bed. Last 2 nights he went without the alarm and still no bed wetting. If you're on the edge just buy it. The customer service is great! I wish I would have tried this sooner!

We used this alarm for a total of 2 nights. First night, my son didn’t wake up the two times the alarm went off. First time he completely wet the bed. No biggie. Second time he stopped urinating when the alarm went off so it was a small patch. I got him up and he finished in the bathroom. The second night he woke up both times and finished in the bathroom. By the second time, he changed himself and I helped him hook it back up. Hurray! Progress! The 3rd night, well, unbeknownst to me, the alarm sound stopped working. I woke up around 2 am and he was still dry (what!! Amazing!!) and so I went back to sleep. He woke up around 6 telling me he had a big pee and I was like what happened to the sound? So when I got him all cleaned up and about to hook him back up, I noticed the device would only vibrate. Weird…checked all the settings to make sure set right. Yep, all good there. Replaced the batteries. No luck. Unplugged sensor, rinsed it off, checked unit for any moisture. Nothing. Sound just stopped working. Vibration was still super strong but it’s not enough to wake my ultra deep sleeper. Totally disappointing because I could already see that this held a lot of promise for us. So I’m returning it and going with a different brand because it’s just too expensive to have something malfunction after 2 days. I’d maaaaybe reorder if I could have it delivered next day but the seller doesn’t have prime shipping. My son was devastated to find out he’d have to wait for a new device as he was super pumped to finally stop wetting the bed. Oh well!

Simple to attach, and works well. It is loud enough to help my son get up at night to go pee even if it gets muffled by pillows or toys. Very easy to clean. The alarm is very accurate to the point of only needing one drop to set it off. This has been very helpful with our nightime potty training.

I’m returning product as I had problem getting a battery in the device. Then taking battery out of device it got very hot and burnt my hand. The child’s urologist recommended this product for my child. I’m glad it wasn’t on him when it malfunctioned.

This was a life safer for my nine year of grand son. Worked for him since night one! He has been an every night bed wetter. He is so happy!

Stopped working in less than 2 weeks. Company is non-responsive to contact asking how to use warranty.
