My favorite brand of chocolate
this is my favorite brand of chocolate due to the consistent quality, value, taste, and ease of melting. I love to use these bars instead of chips in my baking as they are great in desserts that call for chocolate.

So good you can't stop eating it
All I can say is wow. I make ganache with this and it was awesome. Just so beautiful on top of the cake smooth and pretty. Taste was great.

What's not to like about Ghirardelli?
I bake a lot. So many recipes ask for 4 oz of melted chocolate. These are 4 oz so I don't have to drag out my scales and weigh out. It was more economical to order 12 bars and keep in freezer than to buy a single bar at the grocery store.
