the product says "cook and serve" but the description says "instant". which is it?

I don’t buy instant. I buy the one that I have to add milk to and stir at medium heat until it comes to a slow boil! This one is delicious and creamy

Great old fashioned calcium rich desert

My favorite flavor of Jello other than Coconut which I use to make pies. I love the COOK and serve over the instant. Like the "skin" that forms on top with the COOK type. Rarely drink milk, but will consume 2 cups of it when I make this.

Very good pudding

After My T Fine discontinued their butterscotch pudding, I thought I would never find one just as good. Jello is very close. I was not disappointed. I use the cook and serve one not instant.
