Excellent quality vanilla beans. Package is vacuum sealed and when you open it up the smell of fresh whole vanilla beans fills the air. The beans are dried but still moist enough to work with very easily. If you want them dryer, just hang them out for a while in a safe drying area. These beans are beautiful in color, size and shape and are free of abrasions. Beautiful thick, sticky vanilla beans.. I bought them to make vanilla extract and vanilla sugar from and they are working perfectly. I have bought them 3 times. They are thick and deep brown color. They smell amazing even before you open the package. I have plans to make vanilla paste too so I will be ordering more. You can use them in so many recipes. The versatility is endless.
