Not just for seniors!
I love it. It's heavy enough that it doesn't slide around & is very easy to use. I like the manual & automatic options & the fact that it is so quiet. Perfect to keep me moving in my desk job.

Only received this morning. I liked the way it stopped after 30 minutes so you don't have watch a clock. It was very quiet and I liked how smooth it ran.

Easy to Use and Lightweight
What I like about this stepper is it keeps my legs moving while sitting. Itโs simple to use and I like that it has three different settings to alter speed and routines. Since it has programs, I can crochet and move my legs at the same time. Itโs lightweight so itโs easy to move out of your way when getting up.
