I've been using AlignerCo retainers for over a month now, and I'm really happy with the results so far. They've helped keep my teeth in place. I ordered the retainers to help keep my teeth aligned because my lower retainer from my orthodontist broke. Received the product in about a week. I followed the instructions and sent photos of my impressions to Alignerco and was told the top was dragged. Did another impression with the same result. I then set up a video conference to do the impressions with Scott. Did this and he said they were perfect. I believe the reason they said the first two impressions weren’t viable is because they try and sell you an additional plan for future retainers. So I received a email in about two weeks saying the impressions I did on the video conference were not usable to make my retainers and they wanted an additional 30 dollars for more impression making product. Go figure. That’s all I want to do is wait another month to get my retainers. Worst experience ever. Save your money and time and get your retainers from your orthodontist.

AlignerCo did a great job! The ordering was straightforward, and their support team was responsive. My retainers arrived on time and fit perfectly, though I needed a short adjustment period. Overall, the quality and affordability make them a great choice!

I ordered the kit back in June. Had some mishaps with the upper and lower trays (sizing ). So I had to get a different size. Took about a week to get the trays. (Three orders) paid about $40 extra for shipping. Once that was situated it took about 3-4 week to get the retainer back. The retainers are good quality.

The product was pretty awesome. I like the all components it comes with. It is very useful product.

11/21/24 UPDATE:It took two months to finally receive my retainers — both upper and lower which surprised me since the first models were rejected!Anyway, these seem sturdy and fit really well. Time will tell if they stay that way!October 2024:To do the initial impressions was SO hard! The materials are hard to work with and the process wasn’t good considering it seems so easy on the video and in the brochure!All the impressions were rejected and I HAD TO BUY MORE MATERIALS for $30+ more! I didn’t get a return prepaid envelope which meant that I had to pocket out even more money! It’s been two weeks and I still can’t get a straight answer either by email or phone that the second impressions were correct so I can get my retainer (I only need the lower jaw since my dog chewed it up) I thought I saved myself so money by using Alignerco $141.20 of my regular dentist at $500 but now I see I’ve wasted my money and time!Sometimes it’s best to leave it up to the Dentist than deal with the frustrations!

The only issue I had was requiring a video call to get the upper retainers approved in reference to the putty imprint you make using your teeth in the impression kit. The directions were not clearly spelled out. They recently arrived and are the first set I have had that do not make my upper gums bleed. Very high quality.

I have been working with Alignerco for 6 months. They have failed to deliver a retainer that works, have taken additional money ($470 total), and refuse to refund me. I am in the process of a dispute with them.Obviously, stay away.What you are purchasing is a kit. You will make impressions and then they will give you the retainer. This process takes several weeks and by the time you receive your retainer the return period will expire. BEWARE! You can not return these through the Amazon process because of this.They tried several times to make a retainer that fit. They could not do it. Look elsewhere.
