Does the job for 24" second screen
Great monitor arm. Pretty easy to set up and well packaged. Really happy with how it reaches extra tall as I've got it set up to have a second monitor above my main one. Most of the ones on the market wouldn't reach high enough. After setting it up I've never had to adjust it as everything's remained exactly in place

Works well for my needs.
The monitor arm provides adequate solution for a LG 27” monitor mount requirement. The arm is well made and robust enough for the weight of the monitor and the home quality electric standing desk. And installation was pretty straightforward too. I would recommend the product.

Ideal for a small monitor/TV
Mounted a small TV so I could use it as a 2nd monitor for my PC. Good range of adjustment on the arm and easy to set up.

Very good monitor arm, easy to install and very adjustable. I have a samsung odyssey G5 ultrawide 34" and it holds it perfectly.

A study product that was easy to assemble and adjust to the height required. The phone holder is a nice addition without getting in the way.

Not strong enough
No matter how much I tighten the arm it always eventually drops down, it's not strong enough to hold the weight of the monitor as advertised. I'm adjusting it almost everyday.

My plan is to use it to hold my 34" ultrawide monitor and when extended, it's tall enough for me to stand, which is very good for content consumption with the flexibility not to pay for a standing desk. However, no matter which angle it is and however I adjust the pressure, it just can't hold my monitor even with a normal/ folded position. It's now holding my second monitor fine which is a 24" 16:9...
