Bitter but as expected

First started taking these
So far so good, it's been a week taking these. No bad side effects. I've started to avoid any problems in the future. If something occurs I'll get back to you. BTW, I'm just taking 1 per day

Help you didn't know you needed
Hey what are these after a family member got a difficult diagnosis. After taking these for a while, he says he can feel the difference when he doesn't take them. They help tremendously, they are very easy to grind up in a mortal and pestle and he just takes them with a shot of juice. Love these by them on a regular basis.

High Quality Kernels
I eat these for health reasons, 8-12 a day, sometimes sixteen. They helped with my symptoms within a couple of weeks. Some of the kernels don't have much flavor, some taste bitter, and some have a lovely amaretto aftertast. I find it a nice mix!

Bitter, but doesn't last.
Looks like small almonds. They are bitter as described.

Inconsistent bitterness between kernels
Individual kernels have a very good consistency of fresh, dry roasted almonds. However, the strength of bitterness varies between each nut - some tasting like regular almonds, with others being more or less bitter with a distinct tingle mouth feel. I would have appreciated more consistent bitterness if that is even possible with this product.
