Amazing! I began taking Zepbound (GLP-1) a month ago which seriously slows down digestion. I very quickly got backed up. I hate taking laxatives. A friend recommended this. It is so gentle. Simply drink a cup of the tea after dinner & voila the next morning you will “go” smoothly! Not diarrhea, just regular! Tastes like licorice/chamomile. It works!

I can’t say enough good things about this tea. It truly helps me with my constipation issues. I usually drink it on Friday night, and by Saturday I feel completely relieved. Most of the time I don’t experience any cramps, and on the rare occasion that I do, they’re mild and very manageable for me.
