The Only Supplement Company with Integrity (Tested)
NootropicsDepot is provably the best supplement company in the industry... Want proof? Ask other companies for their COA's and advanced testing. Only one company has the integrity to publish all of their results - that's Nootropicsdepot (ND). If it's not ND, it's an inferior product. I will only take ND supplements because I have seen the LACK of testing that goes into other brands, (which I won't name here, but unfortunately includes almost every other supplement company in the market). If you care about your health, your families health, the integrity of a company and the purity of its product, NootropicsDepot is the only choice. As for this particular product, I noticed an almost immediate positive result within 45 minutes after taking it on an empty stomach. Good for Memory and Thinking
I do believe these help my memory and productivity. No flavor as they are small capsules and swallow easily. I had a Chinese herbal doctor give me a mixed blend that had this for a main ingredient (for sleep and memory/cognitive). The doctor's herbs were expensive and I wondered if it would work to just buy the Polygala tenuifolia alone. I think they are definitely effective for the brain and being alert. I am 66 years old and still working. I will continue taking these. For sleep, I don't notice that I sleep better because of them but I only take 1 a day and before lunchtime for my work habits.

I trust nootropics depot and this is good.
I cycle this Mon-Fri with weekend breaks and it works great. I think it has helped with minor low mood and low-grade depression. My ADHD psychiatrist recommended it to me. I tried it first with 4 weeks straight and 2 weeks off and those two weeks were BRUTAL. So smaller cycling works best for me.

Not seeing what the hype is about
Really was expecting something better, gave in 2 separate chances on 2 separate bottles. I’m only giving it a 3 because it does tend to do a little bit of something but in the end it wasn’t worth keeping in my supplement rotation.
