Raw Fountain 5 Day Juice Cleanse , All Natural Juice Detox Cleanse, Weight Management Program, Cold Pressed Fruit and Vegetable Juice, Tasty and Energizing, 30 Bottles 12oz, 5 Ginger Shots

Helped kick off a diet and following the program I lost 6.8 lbs by the time I finished the 5 days. Flavor was good and I think the biggest advantage of using the juice was my appetite was suppressed with only 1-2 daily urges to eat. But even when I did the portion control was greatly managed.

Our family loves these juices! And the customer service is awesome! Nothing to worry about here, enjoy these juices anytime!

This juice cleans worked really well for me. I was surprised at how tasty I found the juices. The only one I really couldn't stomach was the Green Day juice (apple, kale, cucumber, celery), but I found that I liked it if I mixed it with the Grow Green (which had ginger and lemon to counteract the earthy taste). I also didn't find I was starving all day, as long as I balanced the juices with a bit of water in between.

This was my first time trying a juice cleanse, and I chose the 5 day route. I was impressed with the professionalism of the company: I received a message through Amazon from the small, local company that gave me precise, clear directions on how to prepare for the cleanse, what the cleanse entails, and recommendations of how to adjust back to food after it all. The package itself came well preserved to keep all the juices frozen until I needed to use them. Because I had such great information in advance, I was able to begin the juice cleanse the next day. The juices are only the vegetables and fruits: no added sugars, etc. They are the real deal. I also appreciate the variety of vitamins and minerals that they provide for my body each day. Finally, the fact that I received 6 juices for every day was enough to truly leave me with plentiful nutrients for the cleanse. I am definitely doing another one with this same company. I am thoroughly pleased with the products and company, from start to finish.

Juices were overall good, but I saw no real results
