WE LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Finally decided to take the gamble and order this cheese powder, and we were not disappointed. Able to make gluten free Mac-N-Cheese whenever we want; plus, you can add this to anything that you want to have this specific cheese flavor. We find it to have a nice, sharp flavor. It is not too salty (but you don't really need to add salt to whatever you are using this in), and it lasts for a long time (meaning it is shelf stable, but you may go through it quickly as it tastes great.).

This tastes exactly like Wotsits and is pretty much the same colour. Goes great on anything that you would normally have melted cheese, but without as many calories. For dieters, this could mean that you could eat broccoli with "cheese" on it - win! It will last for ages as I use less than half a tablespoon each time.

This stuff is awesome! Makes Mac n Cheese that tastes very close to how Kraft Mac n Cheese tasted back through most of the 80’s at least when it was still awesome. Before Kraft screwed up and began watering down their cheese sauce packets. I really like this stuff!
