I bought the chromed version of this set and it was to be my one buy to best set yet
I am so pissed off with this, the brush is just falling apart! I bought the chromed version of this set and it was to be my one buy to best set yet. I have been shaving like this for years, so I do know what I am doing and how to look after a shaving brush. After a month it started and ever since then 4 or 5 hairs a shave, 4 months and I won't really have a brush (Not like it was when I bought it anyway).Also I have wrote to them asking what advice they have, hoping really for them to say send it to us and we will either sort it out or send a new one, they didn't even reply to the email.

Merkur silver tip shaving brush
This brush is of a very good quality, use it like a paint brush ie side swipe and it creates a great creamy foam. Do not dab the brush on your face as you can damage the bristles, rinse the brush and dry it on a brush stand and it should last you a life time. I brought a cheap £15 brush to use when away working, and it is no where near a good so pay the extra and get a quality shave.
