Where's my cane?
I was thirteen last week. I ate one of these and instantly aged to 75. Now I only eat liver and onions for dinner and I need to drink prune juice to stay regular.That said, I'd do it all over again. This old person candy is delicious.

Providing Smiles
While I do enjoy this candy, the reason I get large bags and carry Werthers with me is that I hand them off to others when I want to say thanks to someone who has helped me, someone who is having a bad day, someone who is new at church, someone who is trying to deal with a tired child, etc. It’s like carrying a bag of smiles with me and the reward I get is the joy of watching someone else get a lift through a tough day.
