Fits the Series 10 perfectly and the cuff. Couldn’t put the ac adapter in box however, but then I only use that for emergencies. Great product heavier than I expected but literally indestructible.

Estuche que protege perfectamente el tensiómetro que tiene esa forma alargada. Yo no me lo quedé porque mi aparato es cuadrado y la base como trae la forma del omron X3 no encajaba bien. Para el omron x3 debe ir perfecto.

It fit my Omron 10 series blood pressure machine perfectly. A little snug, overall it fits. I like the embroidery on the case. It indicates a cuff with 120/80 blood pressure goal. Makes it easier to find. Quality is great! It's strong.

Great fit for the Omron M4 Connect AFib
Works really well for the OMRON M4 Connect AFib - and probably other "landscape" aspect ratio BP monitors. I can fit the M4 Connect, the mains adaptor, cuff and an oximeter into the case - brilliant.
