Great flavor and color on your ribs or in any glaze. It has a good amount of kick but if you use it as an ingredient to a suace it's excellent.

Definitely brings the heat
The cherry flavor is strong with the habanero adding considerable heat. I found this to be a great addition to BBQ sauce to give it a little kick. Just be careful to taste as the Rib Candy is added.
