liftmaster Low Profile 2.5 Ton Jack

A decent vehicle raising tool is a priceless addition to anyone's tool kit, who works with cars of motorcycles or anything else within its lifting range. I've had many different makes over the years, this one is as good as they but always - place axle stands to finally support the weight.

I needed a low profile jack as my car is quite low and this fit the bill perfectly.Gets under the car nice and easy and jacks up fast enough but not too fast and comes down nice and smooth.There is a very handy thick plastic carry handle balanced well in the middle to make moving it around a piece of cake.I'm very glad I made this purchase.

Brilliant prices for a very well built, sturdy piece of lifting equipment.Fits nicely under AMG's, Lotus' and MG's so should fit under most low riding vehicles.

Bought this for occasional use at home for car maintenance.For the price its a great sturdy jack and very easy to use, the only criticism I would have is that it drops very quickly when you operate the lowering valve and I cannot control the speed of the drop.I am using it on a Aston Martin V8 vantage which is very low and the jack fits under no problem at all.

I bought this jack for light use at home thinking it would last a couple of years. I used it to jack the car up for a service, prop the engine while I removed the mounting( dropped 2 inch overnight) and the third occasion failed and wouldn't pump no more. In my opinion things break from time to time but not after 3 outings. Stay clear and by a proper one that will last instead of wasting your time like I did!

My 5*s go mainly for the price not bad at all, and a handy little jack to keep in the boot and use to change a wheel with, but thats it in my opinion. to imply that this is a 2.5 ton jack puts it on par with commercial trolley jacks and this is not it by a mile. My opinion thats all

Great little jack perfect for jobs on the driveway! Low enough to get under most normal cars and extends high enough to get my car on jack stands under the chassis rail!

Had this Jack for a few months now, used about 6 x, handle connection to jack already worn out I've had to release & tighten jack with pliers and would no way lift 2.5t it struggles with about 1t, 1 side of a small hatchback is its limit... would not buy ti's again, spend a bit more & buy quality !!
