Why aren’t any keto friendly cookies like this is a grocery store?

Whole Foods has keto cookies. Some grocery stores in cities have them too. Depends on your area and whether they sell well or whether the manager thinks they'll sell well. You can try requesting them, and a store might start carrying them.

How come this is Keto friendly with 11gr carbs per serving size? The ratio of fat to carb is almost 1:1, which is not really consistent with keto!

It’s actually a 2g of net carbs a 13g of fat. 11g total carbs - 2g of fiber = 9g of carbs. To those you need to deduct all sugar alcohols (eritrhitol) so, 9g - 7g of erithritol = 2g of net carbs. Total Keto.
