The best-kept secret. This stuff is so amazing. I use a bipap machine and continuous oxygen 24/7. I live in a very dry climate and suffered dry nose, with hard mucous cresting and frequent blood noses. This stuff is not a petroleum product, but just as thick. Just a small bead on a Q-tip place inside my mates is all that is needed. It softens hardened mucous build up so I can blow it out of my nose, it is healing of the thin tissues inside that would cause bloody noses, yeah! No more bloddy noses, I am more comfortable especially when waking in the morning I apply it twice a day. After I showe and also bedtime. It is still present in the morning, I even use it on my lips at night. It has a very mild saline taste, is colorless and odorless. I have grandchildren who get frequent nose bleeds. This stuff when applied twice a day has stopped my little grandkids’ bloody noses and has slowed down their chronic nose picking. This is a perfect auto shipping product. One tub seems to last about 2-3 months with regular use. I have bought this stuff for all my family members and I am just touting this product by my word of mouth advertising. It should have professional representatives to push this product in hospitals, rehab facilities, home and hospice health care providers for everyone using oxygen or ventilation equipment!

This stuff is awesome! I’ve have a severely deviated septum and sleep apnea I get horrible bloody nose’s during dry season. Not only has this stuff stopped the nosebleeds I can breathe better when sleeping and don’t wake up as much throughout the night. I think it helps with the sinus swelling. Great product I will be a repeat customer.

While nasal gels like Ayr were simply Not Enough, this stuff rescued my nose and allowed it to heal. A tiny dab goes a long way and provided 4-6 hours of relief once I wasn't constantly having to blow my nose requiring reapplication.The cost in relation to the product size feels a bit steep at first, but it has proven to be worth it to me. One .5 fl oz tub is still at least 1/2-2/3 full after two months of multiple daily uses. If my health dictates a continued need for it, I will not hesitate to reorder whenever it finally runs out. Very glad I gave it a try!

I want to give the actual product FIVE STARS because it works very well. I literally cannot sleep without this product now because I suffer from chronically dry nose and would get nosebleeds almost every night. This product actually soothes the nose and helps reduce the pain of breathing through my nose. I really like that it doesn't have a strange smell or taste and especially that it doesn't leak into the back of my throat and leave me gagging all night.**My main complaint however is that it is expensive. Very expensive. This little jar is almost 16 dollars and it only lasts 5-6 days. I have searched high and low for a different product that costs less. If anyone knows of something, please let me know!!

I ended up with a really bad case of pneumonia that was resistant to many different antibiotics, which had me in the hospital on oxygen for eight months. It turned my blood septic, the doctors had to medically induce a coma, which I stayed in for 3 months and during that time, my right lung collapsed 3 times. I had to relearn how to walk and do many other things. But one thing has remained, and that is my lung is badly scarred – which means I’ll be on oxygen the rest of my life. Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining because I’m happy to be alive! I’m just giving background into my situation of why I needed Aquegel! I was getting SO MANY nosebleeds, and I was just as frustrated because it’s hard to tell if something is going to work when you’re buying from the internet! But I found Aquegel here on Amazon, and I thought the price was a LITTLE high for something so small, but I was at my limit and I wanted to try something (just not Vaseline since it has petroleum in it’s ingredients which does NOT mix well with oxygen! *POOF*!). So as soon as I got this, of course I tried it right away, and I couldn’t be happier! I only have to apply it once every 12 hours, and if my nose starts to bleed, I use a VERY TINY amount and it stops almost INSTANTLY. So THAT is the reason why I’m giving this product five stars – I’d give it so much more if I could! You have saved me from so much pain and agony I cannot thank you enough Aquegel!PROS: • stops nosebleeds almost instantly; • the UNSCENTED is TRULY unscented; • you only need a SMALL aCons: I didn’t get the scented Aquegel to try… yet! mount which means the jar lasts a long time; • product is WATER-based - ABSOLUTELY SAFE to use with O2 concentrators or compressed O2; TRULY WORTH the $15!!!; it’s not greasy and one of the best things about it is that it stays put – it doesn’t run out of the nose.CONS: • I haven’t tried the scented jars… yet!! I’m ESPECIALLY interested in the yellow one, that has zinc in it to help prevent/shorten colds and flu!Give it a try! The product works good, but I only rceive the jar half full. So, I'm paying full price for 1/2 the product. Wrote to the manufacturer, but did not receive a reply. Because of this, I ordered another product.

These are first impressions. If anything should change I will update my review. It’s about four hours after initial use and I’m soooo relieved. I’ve been suffering from sinus dryness, scabbing and burning. I believe Flonase caused the issue. Dr recommended Vaseline but the smell was awful and the feeling was yuck. I asked ChatGPT for alternate recommendations which led me to this. Scabbing literally happens quickly so I’m fairly convinced this is working and the burning feeling is gone. I love how this makes my nose feel moist vs balmy. I can breathe easy again. Wish I’d found this sooner. Ps: For those freaking out about petroleum in the nose, small amounts that are not way up in your nasal cavity is safe. If you saw the review where they’re shaming this brand, they are just not well informed - I had to speak to my dr and research it to get good info too - so I don’t blame them for panicking. But I’ve been told this is very safe. Here’s hoping!!
