Item was defective and I requested a return the same day…the seller would not collect, so eventually I paid for the item to go back, the seller then refused as the return window ‘closed’ so I have paid for item which didn’t work, paid to return it and have no refund. Essentially paying for an item I don’t even have. Would never deal with these guys again!

Ottima qualità, duratura e facile da pulire

I went through a ton of starbucks bottles and I wish I had that cash back. They were all crap. This is my 2nd bottle. I have dropped it on concrete 3 times now in the warehouse where I work. No damage at all. It is beautiful. No leaks. Hot coffee for 8+ hours. I love it!
