My 11yo cat got really really sick about 4 years ago and lost a ton of weight. Over the years, it's been a constant struggle to keep his weight above 8lbs. He looked sickly and bony but I couldn't feed him extra food because he would vomit. I saw this product and decided to give it a shot. I've been using this with his evening meal for about a month and the results are great! His weight is increasing, he's feeling thicker, his energy levels are up. This was the perfect supplement to his already picky diet to help him gain some weight and feel better. The taste doesn't seem to bother him as he licks his plate clean every time. The product has worked exactly as we expected it to and has provided the extra nutrition and calories that we were looking to give our cat. I have not personally tasted it, but our cat seems to love it. We only give it to one on a regular basis but all three of our cats have had ate this willingly at one point or another so I believe that must say that the taste must be desirable for our feline friends.

First of all, this is actually a 5-star product. It has helped my geriatric cat immensely, and she absolutely loves it. That said, it is pricey, so I went for the 3-pack, since it was the best price. While it arrived fine, in checking it today, it expires sooner than the one I'm currently using! AND it's non-returnable. There's no way a 6lb cat needs to or will consume that much before the end of January 2026. The 2-pack I bought before didn't expire this soon, and none from Chewy do either. So, instead of saving a few bucks, I'm stuck with $50 worth of almost-expired, non-returnable product. Fantastic.
