Deserves 5++ stars!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Product Review: BraceAbility Patella Tracking Knee Brace After trying multiple knee braces for my teenage son following a painful knee dislocation, we finally found the one that actually works—the BraceAbility Patella Tracking Knee Brace. This brace has been a complete game-changer in his recovery and day-to-day comfort. Exceptional Comfort with No Irritation One of the biggest struggles we've faced with other braces was skin irritation and discomfort. This brace stands out immediately with its soft, breathable material that molds comfortably to the leg without causing any red marks, pinching, or pressure spots—even after full-day wear. My son wears it during school and activities, and there are zero complaints about discomfort or itchiness. It doesn’t ride up, dig in, or bunch at the back of the knee, which has been a recurring issue with previous braces. Stays Secure All Day Long What really sets this brace apart is its secure fit. We’ve dealt with braces that slide down constantly or need constant adjusting—not this one. Whether my son is walking around campus, sitting in class, or up and down stairs, this brace stays put. It supports his kneecap exactly where it needs to be without restricting movement or causing stiffness. Proven Effectiveness After Multiple Failures We’ve invested in multiple knee braces over the past year—some much more expensive—but none delivered the relief or support he needed for his unstable patella. This BraceAbility model is the only one that provides true patellar tracking support without being bulky or overcomplicated. His physical therapist even commented on how well it’s stabilizing his kneecap.it helps tremendously with his pain and it’s very easy to put on and take off.

This brace has saved me
I have a severely arthritic kneecap that will require knee replacement eventually. This condition is genetic and nothing I can do to alleviate it. I'm only 42 and I've been struggling with kneecap movement due to this for years. It can cause extreme pain. I wear this brace every day of my life and have for years. I have worn out my favorite one! It has saved my life and I'm not exaggerating. Without it, I would be disabled and unable to function. Because it offers kneecap stability and support my pain has greatly decreased. I can walk and so daily activities (except stairs) and am prolonging my need for surgery. Thankful is an understatement! My only complaint with these braces is that the newer ones have straps that are too long, making it hard to secure. It's like they used bigger straps on a smaller size sleeve. The sleeve fits but the straps are long. My original one is not like this. I've bought at least 6 of this style. If you struggle with patellar instability due to any condition, I highly recommend this brace and avoiding stairs at all costs. It will save your life.

TERRIBLE STRAP DESIGN
THE DESIGNER NEVER PLACED THIS ON A HUMAN LEG. THE STRAPS ONLY HAVE VELCRO AT THE VERY END, HOWEVER THE STRAPS ARE LONG ENOUGH TO WRAP ALL THE WAY AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE KNEE AT THE CRISSCROSS LEAVING NO WHERE TO ACTUALLY ATTACH THE STRAPS TO TIGHTEN DOWN THE PATELLA PAD. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST POORLY DESIGNED BRACES. SAD CAUSE IT COULD BE A DECENT BRACE IF THE ACTUALLY TRIED IT ON A REAL PERSON.

Don’t Go By Size Chart
I measured middle of knee while it was straight. My measurement was right in the middle of their Medium chart. Medium was way to tight. Sent it back and ordered Large. Little tight, but it stays in place and holds the patella in place great. So I’m keeping the Large. Maybe I should try x-large, but I still like the large because I felt I needed that extra tightness. Out of the 30 knee braces I purchased over the past few years I like this one the best! I have bone on bone, but I refuse to have total knee replacement. I’m 5’3” and weight 136 lbs. Unless you have a real skinny leg I’d say start with the large. It does not slip & holds my knee together real good! My son ordered one,too and he really likes it.

Sizes small
I think this brace has potential, but the measurement directions are lacking. I agree with others who have posted that we should be measuring above the knee for where the top of the brace sits. The size I got was too tight, despite having measured as instructed. I still like the brace; I will exchange for a different size.

Wowzers! It works!!
This was my third knee brace to try. I have been determined to avoid surgery as long as possible, but the never-ending pain was really getting to me. Getting up from being seated/the bed, turning over in bed, & navigating any amount of steps was total misery. I put this on.... first of all, it is big enough!!! What a wonder. I decided it was a little loose and easily tightened it. Hey, it feels pretty good. Just sat still for a minute to appreciate and "feel." Then I got up easily - very little pain - and started walking around the room....without the cane I have used the entire morning. Almost NO twinges. Very slight. Call me ASTONISHED. Truly. Of course I don't know if your knee has the same problems as my knee, but I am impressed and very happy with my new brace. In fact, I''m going to order another for my other knee which isn't nearly as bad, but maybe using the brace will keep it from getting bad. It's certainly worth a try. I'm thrilled to find a brace big enough for my legs, easy to use & adjust, and IT WORKS. ********update after several days******* I have tried a simpler brace that is lighter weight and at first I really liked it. But now the simpler one won't stay up, so this brace is back on my knee and working. I will continue to use it despite the fact that I think the long straps are rather cumbersome. However, because of the long straps and long velcro, it is easy to adjust to "exactly right." That is always good.

Runs very small
A physical therapist measured me for this. She was surprised it recommended a large as she expected medium. I got the large, but it is far too small and digs into all three of my knee, my calf, and my thigh painfully. I wouldn’t consider my leg to be extra large in circumference compared to most Americans which makes me think maybe this isn’t based on average American sizes. For what it’s worth, I am female and not overweight. Also, I can’t return this for free even though their sizing is way off unless I drive much further away. It costs $6.99 to return it to the place that is a mile from my house which is probably why I won’t order the next size up.

THE fix for patellar tracking disorder
After dealing with patellar tracking issues on and off for 10+ years, I finally discovered this brace that lets me continue exercising without aggravating the condition. Continuing to exercise through a patellar tracking flare-up is essential, because maintaining strong muscles is a must for stabilizing the knee. Yet exercising can be tricky because, without properly supporting the knee, the impact and stress of exercise can make the knee feel worse. I've tried at least two other types of knee brace, and they were better than nothing but didn't do much. This brace is the only thing I've found that is designed such that it effectively addresses a loose kneecap. It does this by way of a thick, hard pad that gently pushes the kneecap into proper alignment and holds it there. I don't think this brace would help much with anything other than patellar tracking. It doesn't provide much compression. I don't have arthritis so can't say for sure, but I doubt this brace would help with that, and I think it's underrated here because people tried it for arthritis and it didn't help. A couple of tips for using this brace for patellar tracking problems: - Wear the brace as much as possible, but definitely while exercising. It will make all the difference in range of motion, impact tolerance, and in how strenuously you can exercise. When you're not exercising, it still works well to support your daily activities and gradually train the kneecap to stay where it belongs. - Do NOT overtighten the brace. Intuitively, I wanted to wear the brace extra tight, thinking this would result in faster recovery from my flare-up. But overtightening it made things worse, causing pain on the outside of the kneecap, where I'd never had it before. In my experience, the brace works best when it is tightened just short of the point of actual tension. The straps should feel slightly loose. This seems like it wouldn't work, but it does. I love this thing and am tempted to buy more of them just in case it gets taken off the market.

Super Produkt
