Cutout ear holes for my headset, removed the velcro and you have a nice, warm head thingy for open cockpit flying. I likes it.

This hard hat liner is very warm. Almost too warm. It keeps you comfortable but if you are working a lot it can make you sweat and it retains the moisture. It would be better to find a moisture wicking liner just my 2 bits

I guess a lot of it depends on the type of hardhat you have, and the size and shape of your head. In response to one reviewer that asked how many "construction" workers have a 15" neck, well a LOT. AND even if that wasn't true, it's not just construction workers that wear hard hats. This fits me perfectly and will fit better after it softens a bit more from washing and wearing etc. Very warm, the straps didn't interfere with my knob at all, and in fact went through little slots in the band just the way it was designed to do. Very happy with this, very warm but I've only used it to 10 degrees, I'll add a thin balaclava under it when it gets way below zero.

I didn't fit well on my head, the front sat to high on my forehead causing me to release the velcro bands. I use it without the liner attached to my helmet until I had the fasteners adjusted. It's comfortable to wear on it's own, warm in freezing rain & icy weather. I work on the water in cold wet conditions the liner has been great addition to my winter gear. 👍

You can't get a nicer more comfortable or warmer hat very happy with this product

Was too small for my husbands head which he does have a slightly larger head but not abnormally large. Will give to someone who can use as I bought for a great price and instead of returning will pass along.

Winter Hood is somewhat warm but better than nothing.Pros1. Somewhat water resistant.2. Has Spots for hand warmer inserts.3. Can be tied inside hard hat.Cons1. Velcro is low quality2. Tie straps for hard hat is not in right spots so will have funny feel when used with hardhat.3. Not long enough to stay in collar so will have cold neck. Bottom Line it’s a ok product that will last winter season in the oil and gas drilling industry. James Choina

Perfect for winter.

Very warm sometimes too warm and I end up taking it out and putting it down somewhere on site, then go looking for it. A good product overall.I found that I keep having to pull the front down over my forehead as it seems a little short. And no I don't have a big forehead 😁

Brilliant for those cold mornings, attaches to your hard hat to prevent it from slipping. Padded and really warm slightly itchy but a great product that attaches securely with velcro at the chin should you need it *****

One size does not fit all, brilliant product but it was made for smaller heads! Not a size 56cm head!!
