Taste, great, does not leave as strong as a vitamin breath as other vitamins. And it's soft and chewy. No stomach upset after taking this vitamin.

My go to vitamin. First vitamin I have taken daily for over 2 years without fail. They taste good so it's like having a treat.

I love the taste. They work very well. They have helped grow my nails which I am happy with. I will order again.

Although I do prefer the now discontinued cherry flavor, these ones were also tasty compared to some other vitamins I have taken in the past. Average prices, the only small complaint that I have was that all the gummies had melted together into a clump and I had to get creative on how to pull them apart every day. I don’t think it’s a product issue, just the day that it was delivered was pretty hot so I’m sure the time during transport and sitting on my shaded porch for 30 minutes was enough time to melt & clump all the gummies together.

I started taking these about 2 months ago after I started to shed hair really bad, nails becoming very thin and brittle; feeling very weak and tired all the time. Doctor ran LOTS of test and found out that I was low in a few areas of vitamins. Heard good things about this brand, so I decided to try them out and thank goodness I did. I seen positive results within a week.Ran out of vitamins last month. Worse mistake ever to not purchase more. My hair has started back shedding and my nails has started to become again brittle and breaking. Purchased these and as soon as the delivery guy dropped them off at the door, I popped two in my mouth. The taste is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
