Great mix, Amazon packaging terrible.
This is a very good cake mix, better than most gluten free ones on the market. I do have a problem with the way it was delivered. Straight off the shelf, unprotected, not even plastic wrap to protect the original box. Hopefully the inside package is sealed tight. Not able to confirm this at this time. Disappointed though that Amazon would deliver "food" unprotected.

Not bad for a person who doesn’t bake!I am a cook but not a sweets baker at all. Box only for me. So, I have been looking for gluten free desserts and had to buy them from different places. Very expensive too! Well, I took a chance and bought this mix. I followed the directions to the letter. I had to make adjustments to the baking pan I used. I googled that of course 🤣. Needless to say, the cake turned out perfect. It’s moist, has a a great texture, but little on the sweet side however, it looks and tastes really good still. Hubby thinks so too!

Best box cake ever!
If you need a good box cake, this is it! Tastes wonderful and although gluten doesn’t bother me, I buy it anyway because it makes such a wonderful cake. America’s Test Kitchen ranked it #1 and I can see why!
