I love this creamer! I’ve tried just about every other Keto creamer out there, powder and liquid, and keep coming back to this. I’m not a big coffee drinker but have a cup every morning, and it makes it so rich and creamy with such a great flavor. I love that it has MCT oil in it. Yes, it is hard to blend, but what I’ve found that works really well is to put it into the cup first then pour hot coffee over it till it’s about halfway full (so you don’t have to worry about the coffee splashing out when you mix it). Then I take a small wire whip and quickly mix it up really well, then pour the rest of the coffee on top and stir it all again with a spoon. You might be able to still see some tiny little specks of creamer then but there are no big blobs, and it’s really a non-issue for me. I think some people use an electric hand-held blender, but since I don’t have one of those I tried the wire whip and it works great for me and seems like it would be much easier and quicker. Who wants to go to that much trouble first thing in the morning...not me! I’ve tried the liquid Keto creamers that mix in perfectly, but they’re thin and the flavor is not nearly as good as this. My permanent go-to!

I really like this creamer! I have always enjoyed my coffee creamy and sweet and this hits the note for me in terms of creaminess. My stomach couldn't handle the heaviness of heavy cream and Half & Half anymore, so this was a perfect alternative. I hope they come out with a chocolate version one day. As for other reviews, I've never had an issue with clumping, it mixes and incorporates in seconds. (Note- I stir with a metal spoon. I usually have to stir a little more with a plastic spoon at work.) The flavor is mild and I add some stevia or erythritol to sweeten. I do wonder why the carb count increased from the previous canisters considering the ingredients appear to be the same. It used to be 2 carbs and is now 3. Lastly, I now purchase multiple canisters at a time at TJ Maxx, as it is much cheaper there than here. UPDATE: February 2020 I have been using this product for 2 years now and although it remains my favorite creamer to date, I agree with the others now that there is a significant issue with clumping. There is some inconsistency with the creamer and I am noticing a decline in the quality of the creamer. Some bottles definitely clump more than others. I have purchased bottles that don't clump, whereas others I can stir and stir forever and there will still be some clumps. My last bottle, which spurred me into updating this review, was clumping STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOTTLE. Meaning, the powder in the bottle was already chunky and clumpy. That's just a disgrace. I don't know if it's the MCT mixing with the powder which is causing this, but I would rather the company get it together and provide us with a consistent product. I will continue to purchase until I find something I like better, because as much as I like it, who wants to be irritated by their cup of java?

As stated in a review by another customer, the bottle was half empty but, I realize that happens during shipping with anything powdered, no biggie. I had absolutely no problem mixing the product with my coffee. I normally use zero sugar coffee mate and it clumps bad. This stuff actually tastes just like original Coffee Mate. The only aroma I get is coffee. I’m on my first cup as I right this so, I can’t attest whether the energy claims are real or not yet and whether it will be a problem for folks who are lactose intolerant. The main reason for the three stars is the company’s failure to list anywhere on the bottle which MCT oil is used. Is it C8, C10, or higher? It matters, especially if you’re going to advertise it. C10 is the optimum, the best for energy and weight management. Bulletproof, which I’ve used for years, posts it proudly on every product they sell, and their products quality I can verify but, it’s way more expensive than this. Makes me wonder if there’s any good MCT in it or are they just using those letters to sell a product. Rapidfire should tell us Exactly what’s being used instead of trying to hide it. Coffee used is Green Mountain Columbia from our Keurig. I put the two recommended tablespoons in my mug before the coffee and the photo shown is before I ever stirred it. I just swirled the cup a little bit while the coffee ran in. No clumps.

I absolutely love this and I mix it with Ceylon Cinnamon in my coffee every morning and I have energy all day long. I have lost inches in my stomach and waist. The taste is so smooth, no gritty texture. I just bought more, and I’m loving it!!

Any beverage creamer has one primary expectation as well as one or more secondary expectations. The primary expectation is that the creamer will completely dissolve into the beverage. Second to that you expect the creamer to have either a good flavor or no flavor at all, depending on what you purchased. This product was a fail from the onset. I added this to my coffee using two different methods to ensure it was not user error. Initially, I put this in my mug and filled with hot coffee. The creamer immediately clumped into sticky clumps of white goo. No amount of time or stirring would break it up completely. Starting over I tried the coffee first, followed by the creamer. The creamer sat on the top for the 10 minutes I gave before I tried to stir it into my coffee. The result was the same with many clumps of sticky goo, both small and large. I tasted it to see if that was just a texture thing and the goo just stuck to my teeth. The version I bought just said 'Original Flavor" so I do not know what it was supposed to taste like but the flavor was extremely dry and bland. I would rather it had no flavor at all but given it was advertised to have a flavor I did not knock it down for that reason. I assume the original flavor is dry and bland. Overall, the fact it will not blend with my coffee makes this a non-starter. I had high hopes and this failed completely. I do not recommend.

Container was half full. Not a big deal but I view it as a deceitful practice by the manufacturer. On the flip side, the powder is snow white and I did not expect a cream colored coffee. It absolutely gives a perfectly creamy color. Halfway redeemed! I drink my coffee with half and half and no sugar. I did not expect it to taste anything like that. I was very pleasantly surprised at the taste. Almost exactly like I am used to. Full redemption. Overall 5/5 and very happy. A bit pricey, but not too bad. Oh, and it mixes very easily with no clumps.

The negative reviews were concerning, but the keto-friendly ingredients motivated me to try it anyway. You can always return it right? The result? I just finished my first container and am about to purchase another. As for the people saying "it's nasty", this is obviously subjective and was definitely not my experience. In my opinion, the taste is neutral/mild which is ideal for not masking or interfering with the flavor of my coffee. However, I should point out that I'm using it with unsweetened almond milk and making more of a latte, so my flavor expectations may be different. As for "the container is only half full" comments, duh it says right on the container that it's sold by weight, not by volume and settling may occur during shipping. It's the weight and number of servings that matters, not how tall the container is. I will agree that the amount of extra plastic used to make it appear you're getting more is wasteful. But I didn't fall for that marketing tactic to begin with, so had no expectation of it being filled to the brim—which would be far more than 240G and 20 servings anyway!

I enjoy this brand of keto creamer as the taste is creamy and tastes like normal creamers. It does end up lumpy unless you use a blender but something I’m willing to put up with just for the taste!

It’s a great product for people doing the Leto diet it gives you a nice texture One complaint it doesn’t dissolve fully like you can still see very small white dots
