Original bolts were on super tight! A. Wrench extension and a minute later these new bolts worked like magic. 10 year old Aeron chair back in service!

Broke in 3 months! Ordered October 31st, broke today, January 6th. Original part lasted me 20 years, this one 3 months. Not worth the money if I have to replace it 4 times a year!

These were exactly what I needed to fix my loud Aeron chair. If you have an Aeron chair and it squeaks loudly when you sit down, this is most likely what you need to fix it. I bought my chair used and initially I wasn't very happy with it because it was loud and the seat was kind of stiff, but I traced these issues to some very worn out bearings on the sides of the seat bottom, and replacing them with these bearings fixed both issues. Now it's just like the ones I had used before I decided to buy mine. Fair warning, the original bearings are installed with C-clamps, which can be difficult to remove. These are easy to install and remove though, because they just use plastic clips.

Easy to replace this part on the Aeron Chair. I watched a YouTube video and had no problem replacing this bolt. Full disclosure: I am a sixty-something woman who is not handy and I did this myself.
