I used it once and it's not locked up and won't shut down. It will lock and unlock. I have it on unlock. I can't find a support number to call for help. I liked it when it worked!

It was convenient easy to use at about 5 months later it froze it won't shut off it won't do anything it's frozen on at least it's on don't know if I would purchase another one

I really like this player. Would have given 5 stars if I could get the radio to come thru my bluetooth speaker instead of using the included headphones. Overall its a great player.

Works well as expected.

Overemphasized thumpy bass with attenuated mid-range and highs. Also the equalizer works very poorly and attenuates every audio frequency to the point where you can barely hear the music. Also the display is very dim and impossible to see on a sunny day.Conclusion - Not recommenced ( Do Not Buy ) You would be better off purchasing a Sony NWE395 16GB Walkman MP3 Player for approximately $40 more.

I purchased this based on good reviews. I wanted a Bluetooth player to replace my non- blue tooth player which I use for Audio Books. Although the Instruction manual addresses Audio Books, the player does not support them. I loaded an Audio Book just as I have with other players, it loaded the sections in random order, not in sequence. Useless for my purpose. Returned it the day I received it.

I bought this mp3 player to use it with Bluetooth, I was very disappointed to find out that rewind and forward options don't work in Bluetooth mode, which makes it completely useless for me, I returned it and got refunded in full
