Not Suitable - too big.
Took a couple of months to arrive (why?!) and then arrived separately. Fine for ankles but are too big for my wrists (intended purchase!) in that they do not do up tight enough to wear so are hanging loosely. Would need to put them around the tops of my arms for them to actually fit. Goodness knows how big they think womens wrists are!!

These are easy to use, super comfortable you can wear them on your ankles or your wrists I love the fact that they are pink they can get wet, easy to clean. Great for home workouts or for a nice brisk walk or jog! Definitely gonna get another set it only comes with 2 delivery was fast so happy with this purchase Vancouver B.C.
