The weight
Depending on what you’re making I bought another make and opening there was only just over a tablespoon in, this is virtually full for the same price. Really pleased.

Silicone putty
Easy to use putty to creat your own silicone moulds. The putty requires equal weight of both parts A and B then knead them together to create a light green putty. The putty does capture small details of the object you want to make a mould of and takes from 20minutes to cure depending on the room temperature. The silicone putty is best used for shallow moulds as I tried making a mould that was nearly 2cm in depths and the silicone was easy to rip.

Easy and great to use
Used it now to mould many objects, as long as you follow the instruction then it does what it says

Easy to use - good results.
Incredibly easy to use silicone putty - you just mix equal amounts (use scales) and knead well and then press your item into the product. The box says 20 minutes to cure but this is entirely dependant on the size and thickness of the mold. I would say keep it as small and thin as possible and it will cure quickly and give you the flexibility to remove the item and the replicas. It is a little greasy - protect your work area and clothing. Terrific craft product with hundreds of creative possibilities.

Easy to use and pretty cool. Would be great to use for crafts with the kids.
The media could not be loaded. The instructions are easy to follow. The two different kinds of putty require a 1:1 ratio to mix, so however much green putty you pull, that's how much white putty you'll pull. (I used a scale to make sure the weights were the same). You then pull and smash the two putties together until the white putty mixes fully into the green. If you're moulding something intricate, the instructions do suggest putting a thin layer of the mixed putty down first, and then adding thicker layers over it. My goal, however, was to just make a round/dome mould. For this, I used a small snow globe. I slapped a gob of putty on it and formed it over the globe. This was not a good idea, as the globe is glass and the putty is slippery when wet, so the putty kept sliding around while I was waiting for it to set. I made it work eventually, and it came out good enough -- a sloppy mess outside, but a nice-ish spherical inside.Since this was my first run, I tried it again by placing the putty in a teacup and pressing the globe downward into it. This is a much better idea because it also gives me a flat base. (My first attempt is recorded in the video).Once the silicone is set, it's still slightly tacky/"wet," but this mostly resolves the next day. The moulds are flexible, but still quite strong, and take some effort to slice through if you press a razorblade into it.My only complaint, and this might be specific to my unprescribed usage, is that all four practice moulds I made (including two using perfectly smooth glass) have small imperfections inside the finished mould, like dimples or scratches. I'm not sure what caused this or if it's typical; perhaps this would be the wrong silicone for a mould like this (big, general shapes as opposed to small, intricate objects).Overall, it works well enough, and you get quite a lot (a little goes a lot farther than I expected), so I'm happy to recommend.

Fantastic for making your own unique reusable silicone moulds
This putty is so useful for many things. You can make a copy of a missing button and cast a whole new set in resin, or copy damaged plaster mouldings to cast your own repair. I’m using it for making some moulds to make jewellery using epoxy resin. This is a much more creative way to use resin, rather than using a shop bought silicone mould that thousands of other people could also be using. This putty allows to to cast unique moulds, shapes from everyday objects you find, your favourite jewellery, leaves, etc. The possibilities are endless. This stuff is incredibly easy to use. You need equal parts by weight of part A and part B, which come in 2 separate screw-lid tubs. Once opened, the putty should last for a whole 12 months, but I believe mine will last even longer, as I smoothed the putty down after taking some, then covered the top with a double layer of clingfilm to prevent it from drying out quickly. Make sure the film is directly in contact with the whole top surface of the putty. I always do this trick with my Polyfilla, and have a tub that is still perfectly soft and useable after more than 10 years! To measure, I used my kitchen scales with a bit of cling film over the measuring plate. Keep the 2 equal weight types apart until you are ready to mix them, as once you start combining them, you only have 3 to 5 minutes to work the putty and make your casting. Both parts of the putty are incredibly soft and pliable to mix. You just knead the mixture together until it’s a uniform colour, and you can no longer see any of the white putty.Once you’ve cast your chosen object, just leave it in place for about 30 minutes, then you can remove your object. Your new and reusable silicone mould is now ready to use again and again.
