Very nice piece of aluminum plate. No blemishes whatsoever. I do notice that Amazon delivers items without proper packaging. My piece of aluminum was delivered in the manufacturer's bubble envelope without any protection. I believe that if you receive a piece of aluminum with scratches and gouges it's because of Amazon's failure to box the item properly when it's sent out for delivery. I'm also receiving items from Amazon late. They don't keep their promise of delivery and expect you to suck it up. Amazon should refund a portion of the purchase price when they can't meet the delivery date promised.

Cut true to size. The film is great. Leaves a nice scratch free surface.

I am very happy with this. It needed to be flat and 1/4" and it was both. The length and width were a little under 12x16 but that didn't matter to me. I would buy this again if needed.

Looks like a nice piece of aluminum, but I decided to not use them for this project. They were well protected though. Nothing they did wrong; it was me not realizing it was going to be too small for this project.
