Ok I'm not paid or affiliated with this. I saw it on a FB Ad & have suffered 7 months from painful sciatica. I took Ibuprofen & it didn't even do as much as this does! Doctor Berg posted a video on Instagram with this supplement. He said if you suffer from peeing a lot, it might not be a prostate problem but a mineral deficiency. I had tried many prostate pills and always felt like peeing and would have the urge to pee and waking up about two to three times a night to pee. Doctor Berg said to take this product Natural Vitamin B1+ and Magnesium glycinate and that urge would go away. I said to myself what do I have to lose so I order both and tried it. The urge to pee was finally gone! I could not believe that he was right and I finally could sleep through the night. I work out in the gym and take a good a lot of vitamins and protein shakes and they were all being washed about in Pee until I took these two supplements together.
