This product has a lot of negative feedback about the ball not being big enough. I see why people stop at that certain level of pumping. You won’t pop it. I got it to fill the cover no problem. Love the product. No issue sitting on it.

So my first take was the ball was waaaay too small for the cover and after coming back to the reviews, it seems everyone had the same experience. But there's one review that tells you you have to pump for like 20 minutes... and they're absolutely correct. The pump that comes doesn't dispense a bunch of air with each push but it will inflate the thing if you just keep at it.Put the ball in the bag. Pump it up until you think it's full, then keep pumping. When you feel like you've reached the max, keep pumping. Switch out with a buddy and keep pumping. About 15-20 minutes later, it will fill the cover. Plug the hole, zip it up, and skip the gym tomorrow. You've earned it.I gave it four stars because the instructions failed to tell you to carb load and stretch prior inflating. Otherwise a good product.

Many reviewers say their ball was too small. It’s not. You just have to pump longer than feels comfortable to get the right size and fit. Once you push past your comfort zone you will see that the ball does fit the cover perfectly. I’m overall pleased with my purchase. The instructions should indicate the need to “over fill” the ball though.

I was so excited when this arrived. After pumping up the inner plastic ball I realized it’s WAY too small for the cover. I have no use for a ball that size and to use the cover will have to go buy another ball. I recommend NOT purchasing this as it will cost you extra money and is very frustrating.

The product is great, overall. The directions were a bit unclear, especially related to how to adjust the size, as advertised. More details on how to adjust the cover when adjusting the interior ball would be helpful. Anyone who would intend to use the ball at full size will be pleased. If your aiming to adjust the ball to a smaller size along the advertised range, the cover may not fit correctly.

This yoga ball is way to small to fill the cover. I will be returning.
