Non-Slip Yoga Mat for Home Workout & Pilates, Lightweight Exercise Fitness Mat with Textured Grip Surface, Portable Roll-Up Yoga Mat for Women & Men

I’ve been really impressed with this CAP Non-Slip Yoga Mat. The material feels durable and provides good cushioning and support during workouts. It also has a nice non-slip surface that helps keep the mat in place while exercising. One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to roll up, store, and carry. It doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect if you work out at home or want to bring it with you. Overall, it’s a great-quality yoga mat that’s practical, comfortable, and well worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a bit thin, but perfect for my daughter.

This is thin, which is fine for me but others may want more cushioning. The slight issue is that it scratches easily and because it’s thin, this can easily create holes

Great mat. Just enough thickness to be sturdy but soft. Its non slip and sturdy.

I have found that certain yoga mats are very useful as anti-slipping devices on my backyard patio for my grandchildren. I love the color, bright blue matches the swimming pool, but the knobbies are not protruding enough and it’s slippery when wet. Did not fit my purposes. I’m ordering a different style that has better grip. I’ll keep this one for the Yard but it did not fulfill my original intention. I’ve included a photo of a better gripping yoga mat that my cat has scratched. I can’t imagine this blue one actually being useful in a hot yoga session either.

Purchased to use during dog training for a mobile "place" location. It is extremely light and easy to roll up making pick up, travel, and storage extremely easy. It holds its rolled up form great and doesn't require an elastic band to hold it. When unfurling it doesn't try to roll back onto its self after the first few uses. I have used it on a variety of surfaces (gravel, grass, hardwood, concrete) and my dog has not hesitated to lay down on it. He finds it to be quite comfortable and it provides enough of a cushion to protect from any protrusions. It has held up well against dog nails and rougher surfaces. I would recommend this product for dog training and I imagine it would be just as good for it's actual use, Yoga.

Good product for the price

This yoga mat is much thinner than I expected it to be. It also did not come with a carrying strap, which was disappointing. The quality doesn’t feel as good as I was expecting either. My biggest concern is traction. The material doesn’t give me much confidence that it will keep me from slipping during use, and because the mat is so thin, it doesn’t provide much cushioning or softness. I’m honestly a little hesitant to use it because I don’t feel completely secure on it. If you’re looking for a thicker, cushioned mat that feels sturdy and provides good traction, this one may not be the best choice.

The mat is thinner than I thought. It's fine for use outside or on a soft surface. I would go thicker though for using on a hard surface.
