Good for watching your weight
My teens are wrestlers and this is a great tool to make sure they are aware of their weight before their weigh in before tournaments. They are only allowed to wrestle at specific weights so if they lose too much or gain too much they won’t be able to complete. This was a good value and it is pretty accurate. Easy to download the app.

Just an algorithym
I had a scale like this several years ago. One day I decided on step off. Grab a dumbbell, step back on again and look at the results. My fat had gone up proportionally with my weight, so the scale was not using BAI , it's just using an algorithm which is worthless. This is a brand new scale. Just came out in 2024 . I thought maybe they're finally doing it for real but they're not. I did the same test got the very same results. I guess there just simply is no cheap way to track your body fat. This is a beautiful scale ,very flashy and fun to use. However, all that fancy looking information that they give you is not reliable in any way.

Inaccurate readings
Cool concept but the weight isn't accurate I was 190 a little over a week ago at the doctors but this scale is reading 155
