Taka Turmeric Organic Golden Smoothie Mix, 150 g

Great stuff, I have it in my breakfast smoothie and by the time I've cycled to work I'm flying along. Once it's all blended you can just taste a hint of cinnamon really, had it in a vanilla protein shake with banana and it reminded me of my nans bread and butter pudding, taste wise.I do feel like I have more energy, possible because of a stable blood sugar level as I've noticed none of the early afternoon dip I usually get with the craving for a fizzy drink and not getting as hungry mid morning.

It is a good mix but I found that there was a whole lot of coconut. So much easier to just add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.

First time to use this in my green smoothie. All I can say is that it really adds flavour. I'm not much of a cook and haven't tried turmeric so I don't know how it tastes like when I ordered this product. Since this is a blend not just turmeric, I gave it a go. Happy to say that I'm not disappointed.

Have only used once so far but it certainly gives a boost. The smoothie mix arrived very promptly, but as mentioned used once but I intend to use this mix on a regular basis with various vegetables and fruits. Bet it's gonna be excellent during the summer.

Great healthy addition to smoothies

Absolutely gorgeous! Was very wary of the taste, as I have read that turmeric is incredibly strong, and bitter. I added a teaspoon of this mixture to a cup of warm coconut milk, and it is a really pleasant, sweet tasting drink.
