I was so underweight form last 10 to 12 years my weight got stuck on 33kg... And currently my age is 25. I also consulted doctors as they said you are normal there is nothing serious problem with you. But still I felt so insecured becoz of by body. So I started consuming this weight gainer. But only thing which I don't like is this powder doesn’t last long it gets finished very quickly. Specially if you consume it twice a day.

Do not recommend at all, it’s horrible and very low in cals
It’s not going to help anyone gain weight with 100 extra kcals per day. I thought it was going to be at least 1k+ for a “weight” or “mass” gainer. But it’s literally 140kcal per scoop 😂 Even a rat needs to eat more to gain weight.
