Spend £2 more and get a better cable!
Not all 15 pins are connected in the cable, tested with multimeter to confirm. No id pin means monitor/tv does not auto detect the computer coming on and the resolution is not auto configured. Even after manual resolution configuration, the picture quility is poor / blurry, probably because the grounds are connected together and to the shield, making the shield pointless. This is a cheap knock off cable!
