Okay, let me start by saying I. Typically, don't do reviews for products because things affect people differently and what works for you might not work for me. However, this product is a complete game changer. I noticed I had marks on my face a few years back and didn't think much of it. Then, the marks got worse. And I'm thinking, ohh, my gosh, I have skin cancer. Well, it turned out to be psoriasis. After deducing several things. I tried lotions and creams and they were good. Temporary solutions but never improved the redness. I have ordered this product and have used it now. For a few months, and let me say my face never looked so good. I had some horrible red blotchy marks some we're really bad and they hurt when using this product. Those red blotches slowly started to fade and almost all heal up. I couldn't believe it. No, I have two major red spots that are still kinda there. And need daily attention, but otherwise I use it on the top of my head because I embald, and all that flaking and all that scratching and marks have completely gone, it's this stuff is amazing. So make sure you order a few bottles. Because it does take a long time to get a refill. I don't have any pictures but I hope you were able to read this entire review. It is long. It is not a miracle cure, or even a cure, but it works! I've spots of psoriasis on my arms and a pernicious patch on my elbow and this cream is by far the best OTC remedy I've tried. It works quickly, reducing the scaling and relieves the itching. It is a bit pricier than others creams, but worth it because it actually DOES something.

This totally surprised me. I honestly didn't have very high hopes that it would work but this is really helping my skin! For background, I'm actually not using this necessarily for psoriasis but I've been struggling with stress-induced scalp dermatitis for the last couple of years and I've tried so many things to treat it. I've used medicated shampoos, topical ointments, oral antibiotics, and I've tried recommendations for my dermatologist and nothing has actually gotten rid of problem. I constantly have an itchy scalp and consequently I end up with scalp scabs as a result of scratching and therefore my scalp is extremely sensitive and painful. While I realize that this is an unconventional way to use the cream, I literally massage it into my scalp and try to really target the areas that are the most irritated. I apply it at night so that I can wash it out the next morning. I was so surprised that after using it for just one night I could see a noticeable difference in how my scalp felt. I was initially a little concerned that it might be difficult to wash off of my scalp and hair but since it isn't oil-based I was able to remove it with no problem and my scalp felt less itchy and so much smoother after even just one time of using it. I've used it four or five times now and while I still definitely have scalp sensitivity and pain, it is genuinely noticeably better than it has been. Considering that I've been dealing with my issue for a couple of years I don't expect a cream to magically fix it in just a few days but I'm hoping that with continued use I'll continue to see progress. Because I don't actually have psoriasis I can't give an opinion on how well the cream works for that situation but I know that there are other people who have similar scalp issues - - it isn't as uncommon as you might think - - and for anyone reading this who also can relate, please give this a try.

This provided itch relief for a small patch of psoriasis/excema I have on my hands but it doesn't really help to heal the area. While on great, but you have to just keep applying it to make it work. The texture is nice, there's no scent which is a bonus. Not greasy at all, it soaks right into your hands. One thins I did notice for ladies using it on their hands... It ruined my manicure. I think it's the syclic acid, it eats away at traditional nail polish. Beware of that. I think it should be half the price of what it is for how it works, I would definitely it again since it did provide relief to the nagging discomfort.
