I like the texture and weight of this paper. Great value for the price. Not the best watercolor paper, but it may be the best for the price! It has decent "tooth" and doesn't bubble too much. I tape my paper down and wet both sides to prevent warping. My favorite low to mid priced paper!

As a watercolor artist, I am very satisfied with this purchase. Twelve large sheets for roughly ten dollars is a great deal for this quality watercolor paper. This paper is wonderful for watercolor paint. It is very absorbent and makes a great surface for watercolor paint to adhere to. With some paper you get a more floppy, less dense paper in the larger sizes, but I have not found that to be the case with this paper, as it is nice and crisp. The large orientation of the paper will cause you to use up your paint more quickly, but the result is having large, vibrant painting that are vivid and eye-catching. 5/5 stars for this paper pad.

Excellent quality. Thick and very large pages. Paint really likes this paper. It doesn't curl if you add too much water. It's the type of paper that you could frame a really nice painting in. I'd definitely buy it again. Highly recommended.

Only thing I didn't like is when you tear the paper.

This is good paper to apply watercolor on. I also utilize mechanical pencils to my art in order for it to come alive. With the right techniques, talent and supplies, you can never wrong.

Item arrived on time and undamaged. All Strathmore papers have been a life long enjoyment to create with. The quality is amazing. The reason I use this particular pad is the tooth (texture) is versital enough you can use anything from water color pencils all the way to very expensive tubes of water color paints with being pleased with the end result. I have spent many hours in comparing brands of water color paper of different wieghts and feel this fits most needs, with the exception of heavy saturation that you need a higher pound weight to prevent as little buckling for the better lack of a term. As a side note, our then 1 year old granddaughter painted her first creation for her mom on this paper. I had drawn a bouquet of flowers with Staedtler water color pencils (an excellent pairing) which she then used a small brush and water to 'paint' a beautiful masterpiece. If I could've given more stars would've given 10.

Durable paper for all kinds of crafts or projects, built for all ages, we really enjoyed using this paper, paper is very durable and clearly a 5 stars!

O papel é excelente para estudos com técnicas molhadas, mas o transporte amassou a capa (pouca importância) e o canto do bloco (neste caso, é péssimo)

A buen precio y de calidad

No es el más profesional, lo sé. Es una papel estudiantil y nunca se va a comparar con el Arches. Pero es bueno, hace bien el trabajo. Aunque la verdad lo que comenzado a usar más para mis impresiones que para las acuarelas. Creo que solo así vale la pena usarlo por el precio.
