Love this little bottle
I do a very brisk walk 5 days a week. I've always hated the idea of carrying a water bottle until I happened upon this little gem. It has a Velcro strap attached and is designed to wear around the wrist, I found this to be cumbersome so I strap it on my hand and wear in the palm of my hand. I actually forget it's there at times. As others have said it can be difficult to drink from but just a tiny sip is enough to stay hydrated on a hot day. Some have said the water doesn't stay cold but that's no big deal for me. I fill it after each walk, put it in a Ziploc bag, store in fridge and it's ready for the following day. It's been a game changer for me and the price was great.

Nice for Walkers!
Love this! Don’t have to carry a water bottle; or have one strapped somewhere. All I have to do is lift my arm and take a sip, while I continue with my stride! Convenient/awesome!

Great to have water during runs!
This little water bottle really came in handy! Living it Texas, it’s usually still 80 degrees when I get up to go for a run in the mornings during the summer, and even hotter if I go in the evenings. Plus, I’m almost always in need of water after the first mile.I didn’t want something I’d have to hold on to while running, so this works perfectly! I fill it up, strap it on my wrist, and get going! It also holds the perfect amount of water for me, and anymore I think would get too heavy. It’s nice that it has a reflector so I don’t have to worry about visibility during early mornings or late evenings. The one downside is the it doesn’t hold the water temperature, and the lid is too small for ice cubes. I usually try and jam some crushed ice in which helps, but it’s always warm by the time I’m done. But when it comes to warm water or having none, I’ll take the water!

Ease of Use For Hands Free Activity
I use this while running outdoors and it so much easier than having to run with a waterbottle in my hand. It is leak proof sometimes (sometimes water drips out and sometimes it doesn't)

7oz of water/ hydration does go a long way.
To start, I bought this because Public fountains were closed/ shut off and the local running stores limited their time on the path due to the pandemic. This item is beneficial in keeping me hydrated. It will take time to get used to carrying water in your hand while running.

Not impressed
I finally used this for the first time this morning and I really wasn't impressed. The water is hard to get out. Like another reviewer said, you really have to suck on the bottle to get any decent amount of water or take the cap off. It's hard to run, breathe and try and suck water from a bottle. For this to work, you would need to stop and drink which defeats the purpose for me. This also rubbed by wrist raw. Granted I have smaller wrists and I struggled to get this tight enough to not move without cutting off the circulation in my arm. The result was the bottle moving up and down on my wrist. While I think elastic was a good idea, I almost think the strap would work better if not elastic. I will be looking for a different water bottle holder.

good, but leaks often
the product carries a good amount of water and can be worn comfortably on your hand; however, the issue lies that it is difficult to open and close the bottle and is very likely to leak when working out or just hung on your backpack. i would not purchase this again. if you are fine with it leaking then its a great value for money, but otherwise it is not something i use at all now.
