These are absolutely perfect! When I groom dogs from home and not in the shop these are what I grab and throw in my bag. They’re sharp, reliable, cut super clean and natural looking …they’re just perfect in my opinion. So happy I purchased them!

Purple Dragon dirt cheap they work well cut great . even comb over scissors yes buy them again . . I think they my not be that great for 17.00 scissors . I was wrong most my scissors are 250. only buy best . I don't have chunker. try it . pick up you will be happy .

I am a professional dog groomer and bought these to replace another cheap pair of chunkers, which don't work very well anymore. While I've been off the last two days and haven't gotten to really give these things a proper test, I did give my Yorkie a quick outline trim with them and they got the job done.Update: Got to work with these today and found they snag on the 3rd tooth from the tension screw. Sent them back in for a replacement.

Half the time, I can only get the back portion to close, which makes them utterly useless. I’ve tried adjusting them looser and tighter, as well as oiling them. Kind of frustrating!My standard poodle’s hair is perfectly straight and dry when trying to use these, so it’s definitely not that.

Needed cheap chunkers for while I waited for my kenchiis to come and for in between sharpeners visits and these did not disappoint! Much better than what I expected, caught a little a first but loosened the tension a little and worked amazingly!

Sadly I didn’t get to try them before my return window was up or they would have gone back for sure. Do not cut well which is their job.

Good buy for the money, although they arrived fairly sharp and ready to use I did have my blade sharpener service them. I groom tons of big dogs and I reach for these all day, I m sure you can get better quality for a lot more money but I have been grooming for 30 years and I think that they are a solid choice if you want an entry level pair of chunkers,. Yes they are big but they cover a lot of real estate quickly so for me it’s not an issue if they’re a bit heavy

I love these Chunkers, I wasn’t expecting them to be so fancy, came in good packaging and looked extremely professional. Easy to use and comfortable I love the tightener makes it so easy to adjust for my comfort!

These are great for certain things. I use them for trimming on Aussies and Goldens mostly. Good starter chunker.

These are decent for a back up set, but you can definitely tell that they are not the best quality.
