4.5 from 5
It's simple to fit, secure and solid. After 750 plus miles over all roads it still sits just where I put it.The only problem I've noted was a very slight ingress of water, either that or condensation formed inside. That was just the onceMy bike lives outdoors, no cover or shelter. It's a form of transport in every weather, it needs to live where it works. Outside, in every weather. The case is easy to use, once you have the viewing angle sorted it's good. I could have gotten away with the next size down, my phone is 6.5x3x0.5 inch in it's usual case. The inserts are simple to remove as needed, or as I did, just slice a piece off of one to keep the phone higher in the case. There's plenty of room for me to add a brick (2 inch thick) battery pack to keep the phone charged as it's running google maps as my satnav. (I use the brick to charge my mobile, camera and lights when hiking, so I wanted a case that could hold it as well as my phone)All in all, it's good enough.

Great case that does everything it states
I've used this on my 2019 CB500X. I bought this to hold a GPS for longer journeys and tours, I don't have the cash for a full motorcycle GPS so opted for this and a secondhand tomtom. I did use my phone for a while but on longer journeys my battery would eventually fail on me.The case sits well on a dedicated GPS bar on the bike, I did use an old bicycle inner tube to make the bar wide enough to take the case as the fitting does not go that small. I believe its made for a standard handlebar. The tomtom is a 5inch screen and fits in the case very well, the padding that came supplied with it meant I could snugly fit it with no movement. I did, however, have to cut the foam to fit the charging point and the waterproof wire exit meant the charging cable would hang over my speedo. The wire now hangs out the side through the zips, it does not seem to have greatly impacted the water resistance though.Overall the case is really good, I will say that in bright light there is some glare, but that could be due to the position I have it in. I would also say that the touch screen cover has meant I can use this with gloves and that's a big plus. If you don't have the cash or willingness to spend the money for a dedicated motorcycle GPS this is a great way of setting it up.

Great holder for navigation aides
I really liked this bike sat-nav holder from the start, it is fairly sturdy and bolts onto the handlebars really neatly and was easy to install. The only issue I had was, when going at speed (i.e. on the motorway) it tends to flop backwards with the wind pressure. However, I soon solved this by threading a strongish (medium size) cable tie through the exit hole meant for the sat nav power supply cable at the bottom of the case, and in-between the two thoughtfully provided zips nearly joined together at the top. This held the sat nav in place 98% of the time so I could see the screen. There were no issues with water ingress, even with the zips not quite touching at the top (to allow the cable tie to thread through the case and round the handlbars), and whilst going at maximum speed in torrential rain for hours on the motorway.

Clever and effective device.
Clever design. Enabled a TomTom car SatNav to be used on the motorbike. The handlebar attachment could be fitted in to the extremely small length of handlebar that was not already occupied (Tracer 700). Nice cable port at the bottom. Once on, it was secure and stable - and angle of view easily changed with one hand.Water stayed out even in heavy Welsh rain both during riding and when parked.Modest glare when sun shining strongly. Case misted up when first setting out in heavy rain - BUT on analysis this was because I had got the SatNav wet when programming it. As it turned out, you could operate the SatNav through the protective screen anyway.

Good enough for me
Over the last decade I’ve had quite a few of these cases.I have only ever used them on my bicycle. There is plenty of room inside for my Tom Tom and a back up battery to trickle charge it. It comes with packers of varying thicknesses to keep sat nav from moving around. From my experience the best way I’ve found to mount this case to my bicycle is as follows.Don’t use the mounting provided instead.Remove the plate from the rear of the case, this is held on by 4 cross head screws located inside the case. Take out the screws. Get 2 cable ties, use the screwdriver if needed to reamer the holes for the ties and attach the case to the bike as shown in the photos. The reason I do do it this way is because,The first case I ever had I fixed to my handlebars as per the instructions using the mounts provided, the case used to clip in and out of the mount. The first bump I went over the case complete with my new Tom Tom detached itself from the mount hit the road and just for good measure I ran over it with my rear wheel. Thankfully there was no damage. I glued the case to the mount, this stopped it reoccurring but I could never get the mount tight enough to stop the case from falling forwards. Since attaching the case this way I’ve had no problems of the case moving.I’ve found that after time the tabs on the zip fasteners break and it’s a pain using my thumb nail to push the zip fastener. I overcame this by using a thin cable tie thread it through the hole in the fastener zip the tie up don’t cut the end too short and use this to pull the fastener.I’ve been out in all types of weather including torrential downpours I can say that this case definitely keeps the water out.To summarise, I would definitely recommend this case and this supplier.

Perfect but not perfect
Very high quality, perfect size for my TomTom, however. The universal ball mount is only 17mm diameter. I need one that is 25mm wide, so with huge regret I have to send it back. Just found a 25mm to 17mm RAM adaptor so will keep this after all. I’ve now paid twice as much as intended but it seems to be worth the extra.

👌
Good value for money . Looks good and practical with sun shade . Water ingression on zip end during downpour .

The shade improved visibility in sunny conditions.
The cover was very water proof and didn't interfere with the operation of the touch screen. I was impressed by how well the sun shade worked.

works well
This product worked well although it did not fit my TOM TOM very well with the handlebar holder on it. Had to make some modifications to it but serves the purpose of keeping my devise dry.

Works great for our atv gps
Perfect, product was exactly what we were looking for and needed. We do not have unzip to use the GPS, just tap the plastic on the cover and it works for us.Often riding on very rough trails/terrain and it has held up very well. Love the waterproof / dustproof feature, much needed on the atv trails.

bon produit
En principe, c'est pour une moto, installé sur un VAE pour de longue distance (Road trip), il offre une bonne protection, pratique, j'ai acheté le grand modèle, l'attache est solide, à voir dans le temps.

Excellent mount for a motorcycle
I really love this thing. It's a huge game changer for me. Touchscreen works through the case and this fits my Asus Zenfone 5q perfectly. The zippers are a bit stiff but if it keeps the water out I can't complain too much. The ball swivel makes me a bit nervous - I worry that it may loosen up over time. I've tightened it quite a bit but it still allows some motion when you handle it. However, this isn't a bad thing for now - I can adjust it for glare if needed. Time will tell if this will hold up.Cable routing (audio and power) can be tricky, at least with my phone model. I'm ordering some 90 degree cables which should help out with things - straight cables have to stick out from the zippers. Overall - still an awesome product and seems well-built. I'm really happy with this purchase.
