365 Everyday Value, Bread Crumbs, Whole Wheat, 15 oz

This has become a regular in my pantry since I went plant based five years ago. It makes for great Plant Crab cake patties, dresses up casserole type dishes and just about everything else that calls for either sprinkling crumbs over a dish or mixing with veggies for a wheat ball that mimics a meatball.

I can't find this in any of my local stores and not sure why so I'm ecstatic that Amazon carries this! I'm watching carbs and need to stay away from white flour and this is perfect. Sure I could make my own whole wheat breadcrumbs but this is so convenient. You honestly can't tell the difference from this or regular breadcrumbs. Stock up because these sell fast!

Love the fact that what you see on the ingredient list is one item - whole wheat. I don't need additives that compromise the purity of the product I just simply want to do all I can to heed my many doctors "rules" for what I can and can't eat in order to maintain some semblance of manageable health.

I have been having trouble finding whole wheat products in a world ruled by bleached white flour. This allows my family to eat healthier and have food that tastes good.

I bought 4, and 1 of them was open and spilled all over the place :(.
