The media could not be loaded. An Excellent Product Useful & High-Quality with Solid ConstructionWe're doing the JJ Smith Smoothie Cleanse and bought these because mason jars and bottles aren't convenient for transport. These pouches are very convenient and portable. I take a few from the freezer or fridge drop them in my backpack and head out. No leaks or spills yet. This smoothie bag is also very well made the quality is much better than the other pouches we've used. The material is sturdy much more durable. They say 25 uses but we've gotten a lot more, close to 2 months of use now.The video is a bit long but I wanted to address most of the concerns I had before buying and add a few tips for use.Overview- Roll the bottoms of the bags to un-stick the bottom- Remove the cap before use- The spout is GREAT- Folding the handles makes filling easier- Cleaning with a brush is easier- 10oz is a very safe recommendation-- 10oz is just below the spout-- 12oz is just above the spout- The pouch holds 13oz, max, though I wouldn't freeze it with that much liquid

Sturdy. Hard to clean. Opening needs to be bigger.
Using with baby food mostly, sturdy product that’s a pain to clean. I rinse them out immedieately, then put in dish washer, and THEN wipe down the inside with a paper towel wrapped around a butter knife. How else could you keep them open enough to fully dry? Also, the opening needs to be like 1/4” wider to allow for a secure (not messy) food transfer from baby food jars, surely I’m not the only one doing this. The jar opening will barely fit, and JUST deep enough into the zipper opening of the pouch, so it doesn’t all get inside, then you squeeze out a small mess when you close it because you can’t get the jar in deep enough. A super-simple adjustment that would turn this product from “good” to “exactly what I need”.

Great concept! Needs some work though.
I bought these to replace the expensive and wasteful juice boxes I put in my kids' lunches every day. I was excited about getting and using them, but after a week of use, these are my reservations: the size is larger than I expected, but that's my fault - not the manufacturers. They span the entire length of my kids' lunchboxes, which is okay when I pack them a sandwich and chips, but not as easy to fit when I pack them a hot food item. The description said I should get about 25 uses out of each bag, but they failed to seal properly by the third use, causing me to lose confidence in them. I really don't want to have them leak all over my kids' lunches. They are not simple to clean, but I found that washing them in a sink full of hot soapy water and running the water through several times helped get them clean enough. However, it took me about 3 minutes of washing per pouch to do it (x3 pouches), so it was time-consuming.Having said all this, I think the concept is a good one, but it could use a little work. Perhaps if they were offered in a smaller size that would fit better in a lunchbox it would be helpful. Also, a wider top (for easier cleaning) with a zipper style close (kind of like the slide-lock Ziplock bags) would ensure proper sealing and no leaks. I love the idea because its so much more affordable to buy juice in large bottles and packaging it in reusable bottles would be far less wasteful.

Really love these
I was skeptical when I bought it, and when we first used it for my son's lunch box. But after the first use, my teenage son doesn't think it's lame, so it's a big plus. It's easy to feel if the zip has been locked, and easy to try if it will leak or not. Cleaning is easy using a bottle brush. I pack milk, chocolate milk and juice in it, and have not had any problems. For drying, as you get more uses out of it, the material becomes more "flexible" that you can make it stand upside down using the handle tabs. I haven't had any problems drying it out that I've only used two of them, and just reuse the same one everyday for each child. I'm on week 2 and still loving it.

Impossible to dry after washing
I was so excited to try these out because they would be more economical and less wasteful than buying conventional juice boxes. Theoretically, these have a smaller "footprint" than recyclable boxes. The first thing I noticed is that the opening is TINY. So, if you are pouring juice from a large bottle (think Costco or Sam's Club sizes) you have to be really really careful to avoid spills and waste. Second, because the opening is so small, after they've been rinsed they are IMPOSSIBLE to get completely dry. Guess what starts creeping into these damp/wet nooks and crannies. Mold. So disgusting. So, these are all going into the recycling bin which is a shame because the goal in getting these was to avoid both waste and recycling.

Durability /difficult
This product is durable, however it is difficult to get completely closed. Also difficult to clean throughly even with a bottle brush. I use these daily for my smoothies. Things like berry seeds, flax seeds and similar things get stuck in the bottom seams or up around the spout area.

Very cool reusable bags
Absolutely love these and have been using these to put my homemade baby foods for my baby, very easy to use but kinda pain in the butt to clean but it comes with the territory I guess when you buy something reusable. If you buy these clean them with a tooth brush helps to get into all the little corners and clean it out well

Frozen Smoothies Taste Great!
I decided to try these out, because making smoothies every morning is too time consuming. I have to say I am extremely impressed on the fact that they hold up well and I prefer the smoothie after it’s been frozen in the bag. Even having a weeks worth frozen still taste great and to me better than when I drink one freshly made. Having the built in spout is great too.The only downside is getting stuff into the pouch and cleaning them out, because the opening is small. Also, it would be great if they came out with bigger than 10 ounce pouches. Overall, I would recommend these for anyone looking to save time and get their daily smoothie fix.
