Easy to see without lamp but in lower light lamp is highly effective. However, the lamp's neck is too short causing a glare and only illuminates 2/3 of the keyboard. The size and clarity of the letters are good (you get two sets) but the stickers a a bit too small so contrasting yellow on black effect is very compromised. For example, on the left side of the 'M' the eye has to decipher seven vertical lines: the yellow edge of the letter, the tiny black sliver of the sticker, the side edge of the sticker, the remaining visible edge of the grey key, the side of the key, the black void of the key edge and then the gray of the keyboard itself. Avoidance of all this visual confusion could be avoided by a slightly larger sticker so a uniform amount of black is surrounding the letters. On the horizontal number keys the shift function is to the upper right of the number instead of traditional upper left. Why? Shouldn't have to decipher... Especially distracting on the nine and zero. Looks more like this: 9( 0) The '@' to the upper right of the '2,' is not as visual as the "#', '$' etc.. These stickers have identity problems: <, >. ?/ :; "' sizing and placement. The speaker and function keys may be mismatched for your keyboard. Looked everywhere and tried different solutions to a grey, back-lit HP Envy keyboard. The tiny back-lit letters shine thru the yellow letters of these stickers but the original problem with light leakage around each key renders this as useless as the tiny lit letters of the keys to start with. Too bad my new, awesome, slick, does everything I need, 360° touchscreen, adaptable laptop doesn't have black keys with lit letters a person with normal vision can see. Stickers aren't a great solution and don't look great but... THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT so I hope they improve it.

I used these on my Mac Magic Keyboard, see photo below. Apple often uses sophisticated monochromatic designs which look good. But as I age and my vision is getting weaker, and the lack of strong contrast makes the letters hard to see. The keyboard is not as attractive with these on it:) but hopefully I will see things more easily. I was surprised how different it feels to use it with these on -- I think it will take a little time to get used to but expect it to be very helpful. Otherwise am very pleased with them. They apply easily and do give good contrast.

The stickers have a good texture to them, and certainly helps you see the keys if you have old tired eyes like mine. They make your keyboard look a bit silly but that's just nature of the product. The stickers stick, and do not peel up easily. So, mostly good! The things I did not like about these: 1. There wasn't a 1:1 match for all my keys. I got 97% of them, so not a big deal but some took some odd matching combinations. If you look near the center (of my pic) near the home key, you'll see some are words, and others are pictures. You get several duplicates and variations of various keys, but then some you almost need more of. 2. These are NOT glow in the dark. They are the exact color of what you would expect if buying something glow in the dark. Don't let it trick you! 3. The F and J stickers, cover up the sensitivity bumps that are typically present on those letters. You could potentially cut them up, or make little slits but I didn't want to go to the trouble. This makes it a bit tough to type if you're used to having those as a reference point. 4. The stickers can be difficult to get off the paper when applying them. Once off, you're dealing with a tiny little square that can easily be dropped, or slide around on the keyboard. I had several that went on crooked and I had to peel them up and try again. This left little "peel up" marks on a few of the stickers. The whole process of applying them did take 1-2 hours, so I suggest putting on a movie before going to work at it. Overall, while I give it 3 stars, I'm just saying it's average. For what you expect, and what you get, it's in line, and I would recommend the purchase if it's what you're looking for. The biggest thing for me was the lack of glow in the dark, as I often use this keyboard in low lighting.

IF YOU NEED BIGGER LETTERS ON YOUR KEYBOARD, THIS IS A MUST BUY. WAY CHEAPER THAN A KEYBOARD WITH LARGE PRINT. STICKERS STICK REALLY STRONG. I DON'T THINK THEY'LL EVER COME OFF ON THEIR OWN. I DID TAKE A FEW OFF (5) BC I PUT THEM ON CROCKED. BUT IT TOOK A RAZOR BLADE TO GET THE CONER LOOE, AND TWEEZERS TO PULL IT OFF. WHEN PUT BACK ON THEY STUCK JUST AS WELL. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY FINGERS NEVER TOUCHED THE GLUE. I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD STICK AS WELL IF THEY HAD. HOWEVER, THAT BEING SAID, I'M SORRY TO SAY THAT THE GLOW IN DARK PART, DOES NOT WORK. I PUT MY KEYBOARD AFTER PUTTING ON THE STICKERS UNDER A BRIGHT LIGHT IN BACK ROOM SO IT WOULD NOT BOTHER US AT NIGHT. IT WAS 34 HOURS BEFORE I GOT BACK TO IT. HOUSE WAS DARK, NO LIGHTS ON. KEYBOARD DID NOT HAVE GLOWING LETTERS. IN FACT I COULDN'T EVEN SEE THE KEYBOARD. IT WAS IN MY HAND SO I KNOW IT WAS THERE. I MADE SURE IT WAS NOT UPSIDE-DOWN, STILL NO GLOW. IN CASE YOU'RE BUYING FOR THAT REASON . IT INCLUDES STICKERS FOR 2 KEYBOARDS. THAT'S WY I BOUGHT THIS ONE. BUT THEY ONLY PUT 1 "ENTER" STICKER ON IT. BOTH MY KEYBOARDS HAVE 2 ENTER KEYS. THEY WERE ALSO MISSING A SCROLL LOCK, END, ALT GR AND A FEW OTHERS THAT I WAS ABLE TO MICKEY MOUSE TOGETHER FROM UNNEEDED STICKERS. BUT, STILL I RECOMMAND THESE STICKERS. I DIDN'T BUY THEM FOR THE GLOW PART AND I THINK THEY ARE ACTUALLY FOR A LAPTOP OR TABLET. THEY MATCHED MY HUBBYS LAPTOP PERFECTLY. I'M BUYING MORE OF THEM. I JUST BOUGHT A TABLET TO PLAY MY GAMES ON. TOO HARD TO SEE ON MY PHONE.

I bought these stickers because it looked like there is good customer service and they were advertised as "Luminescent" with big, easy to read lettering for a laptop. Don't know about customer service yet, but these stickers are definitely NOT luminescent. Luminescence means "emitting light not caused by heat." These stickers do not emit light. Because of a deadline I had in getting the laptop up and running for someone, I decided to make the best of the situation rather than return, but if I had the time available to me, I might have returned them for not living up to the advertising. The stickers are plenty sticky, and for the month or so they've been in use, they are holding so far. I appreciated the tweezers for applying them. I love how big and bold the letters are for most things. I did have to trim some of the letters (F, J, 5 on the 10-key) because the keyboard has the little bumps (for your fingers to position themselves by touch), and after placing the stickers next to the bumps, I couldn't feel the bumps. But I can live with that... I thought of adding little slivers of excess sticker to make new bumps, but I didn't bother in the end. I did not like how some words (for example, ESC and Enter) have letters that alternate color. It makes it difficult/annoying to read. I wish the ALT keys just had larger writing instead of the symbol which isn't obvious to everyone. Also, the period (.) sticker didn't have a period... It was more like a small hyphen. So, I cut out the periods from the "pause" sticker to fix that sticker. Overall, it did the job, but there could be improvements. Still really disappointed that these stickers don't glow in the dark or luminesce at all unless it's only under some random wavelength of light I didn't try (certainly nothing typical). If you want that, you'll have to get something else.

These are awesome!! They are plastic and install easily! On a couple I got them a little crooked, all I had to do was use a thin razor blade to lift up a corner and grab with the included tweezers and reposition. They didn’t stretch or lose shape or adhesion when I had to reposition. They have a nice texture and mat finish. It’s hard to tell my keyboard has stickers on it! Amazing! Feels nice typing, can’t feel them at all. All the edges are well adhered to each key. Very happy! Committed to customer satisfaction (see photo): “The stickers should adhere to the keyboard for 3 years. Please allow us to replace the entire set of any of the key stickers lose their adhesive”

fast, efficient looks a good item

These stickers are GREAT I can see my keyboard well in extremely low light. (The light of the screen is enough !) It also comes with a really nice plug-in USB light to light your keyboard if you need it, & Also the tweezers they give you to help apply the (plastic) stickers are high quality. I ordered two more sets when I got the first one. Great gift for almost anyone with a P.C. ! (Especially if their vision is getting bad) They are Luminescent (highly reflective) So they are visible even in VERY low light, unfortunately they are NOT glow-in-the-dark. (almost as good) They are made of plastic, NOT just printed paper. They look like they will last a LONG time. They even offer a three year warranty (with proof of purchase) !

Easy to remove stickers from backing sheet using the tweezers (included) and the USB LED light (included) which makes it easy to position them. Big, bold easy-to-read, my keyboard looks better than new. Seller also included a credit card-sized magnifying glass that fits in my wallet. This kit saved me the cost of a new keyboard. Buy with confidence.

OMG! After putting the first letter on my keyboard I was hooked! I can now see my keyboard day or night and it also comes with this funky USB light which works great for night but I can still see the keyboard without it and definitely do not need it during the day. Easy to stick on and I highly recommend it. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Showed my Dad and had to order him a set lol

I'm so happy with these stickers. It made using my laptop so easy. The original letters were ridiculously small and almost invisible. Not i can see with clarity and ease. The USB lamp included is also a helpful tool.
