Marvelous and easy to use
Good quality coco coir.Came in a form of compressed small discs. Space saving and so easy to use.I usually put all coco coir discs in the box, then cover with water and leave to soak overnight. It is expanding well. Compost is ready to use on its own or as a potting mix ingredient.Thumbs up.

Early days but seems OK so far
I wanted to start my planting with a large number of seeds and a bit put off by by having to activate each disc and waiting a few minutes for each to expand. The box include instructions for mixing 50ml warm water per disc and waiting 24 hours so I put 30 in a bucket with 1.5l and left it overnight. That mix is just brown water so I added another 15 which ended about right. After that I've filled up some egg boxes and a couple of small pots for my seeds. I've planted the same seeds in some seed compost and will update on progress when they start grown.

Easy to use
Out of several seed starting methods I have tried in the recent past, these seem to work the best. These are good at maintaining the moisture which is very crucial for this method. They stay together with the mesh whilst allowing the roots to easily grow. This will make transferring to pots very easy.If you have not used these so far, you are in for a treat. It is recommended to add a small amount of soil on top of the seeds.

Easy to use and store
These coconut husk disks come compact and easy to store for when you need them. Adding water makes these swell up and one disk is enough compost to fill a small pot for seedlings. All my pepper plants are going to be started off using these this year.

Space saver for cuttings
We take lots of houseplant cuttings and Coco coir can take up lots of room when not used. These disks are great for having handy - ready for when you need to take some cuttings.Simply rehydrate them in some warm water and pop them in a tray or pot.At around 10p each these offer great value for money too.

Fuss free, forest-friendly compost
These little compressed compost discs are ideal for seedlings. For £9.99 at time of review, you get a small box containing 90 x 3cm discs. Simply place in warm water to rehydrate and expand, and you are ready to get planting. The coco coir used produces an open, fluffy compost which makes it easy for small roots to expand and it retains moisture well, though you do need to be careful to keep it moist. It’s a great fuss-free and space-saving way to keep a store of potting compost on hand, and as a bonus, the company works with One Tree Planted to support reforestation efforts.

easy to use
This is a pack of coco coir compost discs, they are ideal for using in small plant pots that I am starting some of my seeds for the year. I have used similar before and these are very good for seeds. These discs are all a similar size and I put some of them in individual pots with some water in a tray for them to stand in. The discs absorb the water and then soften, I placed the seeds on the top of the compost discs and left them overnight. The roots will burrow their way into the compost. Alternatively, you can loosen up the moist compost and dib the seed in.These are handy to have in the house and are not as messy as regular loose compost. They look good and so far all of the seeds that I have started off have germinated so I am very happy with these and would definitely recommend them.
