Gramercy Cocktail Smoker Kit - Indoor Drink & Food Infuser with Wood Chips

My son in law loved it, the quality & appearance & performance and of course the great flavor he said that was infused in the the drinks was great, it’s quite a show I highly recommend it for that price point.

Just used this. Easy to setup and use. My husband enjoyed his smoked Old Fashioned. Makes you want to be smoking everything in sight!

I used it and it works really well it comes with hickory chips, I really like it

I previously had a cheap disk-shaped smoker that laid on top of a glass. You had to direct a butane torch downwardly through the wood chips and metal mesh into the glass. Smoke wanted to rise, so it was tough to get much smoke to go down into the glass. The upgrade to this fan-based smoker was amazing. This fan-based smoker instantly fills a glass with thick smoke, and only requires a regular lighter (no butane torch needed). My only knock on this fan-based smoker is that the rubber tube connecting the smoker to the plastic lid that goes onto a glass is short, and kinks easily, so it is tough to position the smoker and plastic lid in a way that works without kinking. I switched the tube that came with this smoker out for a longer piece of 3/8" ID silicon tubing, which solved the problem.

It work as expected... very easy and usefull Update May 2020: I love this smoking gun. In my case, I kept it with the batteries in, and for some reason the switch turned on inside the cabinet. As expected the motor burned and doesn't work any more. I contact the seller to ask them if they can help me find the motor I can replace it and fix it. They told me immediately and with out hesitation that they will send me a new smoking gun. I bought this product in 2018 (almost 2 years ago) and it get damage 100% by my fault, and even so, they send me a new one. Excellent company with an amazing customer service. I will do business with you again... Again excellent product and even better costumer service...

Exactly what we needed for our small business to smoke our product. Did a wonderful job, set up and clean up were easy, and the smoke was powerful but not overpowering.

I have be using this smoker for almost 6 months and I have been loving it. I found that I get more flavor and use less wood chips when smoking my old fashions compared to one that does not blow the smoke and you have to use a torch. Using the torch adds butane taste/smell and I had to use more chips. One thing I don’t like is that the chamber where you put the wood chips is surrounded with plastic. That doesn’t make any sense since it gets very hot in that section of the item. After some usage, you do need to clean it out and clean or change out the mesh screen. I understand needing maintenance. This time I unscrewed the two screws holding in the part that holds the mesh screen in place and it broke. This piece appears to the metal but it think it too is plastic. I no longer have the piece that holds the screen in place. This part is somewhat needed. I will have to figure out a way to continue to use the smoker. I originally wanted to give it 5 stars. I still really like the smoker and the rest of it still works well.

Better than any other smoker I’ve bought!!

Great!

I'm using it to check for draughts
